Mullae Creative Village Gourmet_Yankees Pizza
It's been a long time since I got on the bus. I always used public transportation to get around downtown Seoul, but I almost only used subways and taxis.
The distance from Omok Bridge to Mullae-dong, the meeting place, is close, but it's inconvenient because you have to change trains. When I searched, I was able to go all at once
There is bus number 6211. I don't even remember when was the last time I got on the bus,
I was even thrilled to think about taking a bus after a long time.
It's time to leave work, so the bus to Mullae East is quiet. I sat down and focused on the song coming from my earphones.
Recently, after a long time, I fell in love with Kim Dong-ryul's song. I listen to it almost every day. Scenery passing through a train window that cannot be seen on a subway
I watched and heard an exercise in memory.
Mullae Creative Village Yankees Pizza.
I had to get off the bus before I heard three songs. It only took 10 minutes. Mullae Creative Village is located near Mullae Station.
It is also called Mullae Art Village. It was a steel industrial district where steel factories and steel merchants were concentrated in the 60s and 70s, but it is said that after the 80s, factories moved to the outskirts due to air pollution problems, and the number of empty factories increased. It is said that many artists on the Hongdae side moved from Hongdae to Mullae-dong when they began to build their nests one by one in this place with relatively low rents. The special feel of the old factories that contrast with the apartments and buildings on the other side also seems to have played a part.

When I got off the bus and crossed to the other side, there were many small alleys. Mullae Creative Village is a famous place for photographers because of its special atmosphere, but it's close to home, so I thought I should go there for a long time, but I've been there for the first time. There are various sculptures and murals made of steel on the street, and it is said that various experiential learning is possible, but I was unable to explore the street because I visited at night.
Yankees pizza kitchen.
Entering the store, there are long tables on both sides in the long hall that stretches inward.
The kitchen that you can see from the front to the inside of the hall looks quite spacious. The old buildings, murals, and red lights felt like they were in a scene from an old Hollywood movie. If I grab a cigar and take a picture, I think I'll become a poster for a foreign movie. It was old, exotic, dark, and decadent, but the people in that space had a surprisingly good balance of bright, fun, and disparate vibes.
I haven't been to any other houses, but it is said that there are many other restaurants and cafes in Mullae Creative Village that match the atmosphere of this neighborhood, making use of the atmosphere of Steel Village to create a special atmosphere. I thought it would be a good place to shoot a movie because of the unique street atmosphere where past and present coexist, but it is said that it was also used as a filming location for Avengers 2.
I can't see the letters, but it's a menu.
