Yeouido Gourmet – Ido Mansion: Shrimp and cognac sirloin
Another week has begun, and since Ko Bom Lee is growing day by day, I definitely don't have time to blog.
Everyone says it starts now, but my mind and body are getting weathered day by day…
I don't think I'll have time to comment for a while, so I should just leave empathy open.
After all, there is a yakiniku restaurant that is popular in Yeouido these days, and it must be called Ido Mansion.
When I saw the neighbor's post, I saw the amazing flavor of the shrimp and cognac sirloin, so I'd like to go there.
A while ago, I visited with a monster and Haruiwa.
A great place to enjoy shrimp and cognac sirloin in a luxurious atmosphere,
Tell me all the stories of eating deliciously at Ido Mansion, a gourmet restaurant in Yeouido.
As for the exterior, it's located across from the National Diet Building, and even though I visited on Sunday, there are quite a few customers.
I usually expected Yeouido to be quiet on Sunday, but I was a little surprised
The interior consists of 2 floors, and vodka, wine glasses, and champagne are displayed on one wall.
I wonder if this is really a yakiniku restaurant.
The marble table and modern interior definitely catch my eye, which is why there were quite a few couples who went on dates.
A lunch menu and meal menu are also available, mainly on the menu, handon, and Korean beef.
I think I've eaten too much pork in a while, so I decided to eat shrimp and sirloin this time
Basic meal attire
Basic dishes such as green onions, green onion kimchi, mushroom soup, washed kimchi, pickles, and sweet pumpkin salad are set.
Personally, I really like green onion kimchi, but this place's green onion kimchi was delicious.
Mocha stout
The camera was strange, so when I took a picture late, the foam came out of the mocha stout.
When it first comes out, the bubbles follow through very well.
It feels like drinking bittersweet coffee, but it doesn't have much carbonation, so it fits my mouth well.
After a storm fight with Ko Bom Lee, the beer you drink really tastes like honey no matter when you drink it.
Five types of condiments such as wasabi, sea buckthorn, blueberry, whole-grain mustard, and salt are prepared for the personal front plate.
What was more unique than other sauces was blueberries, blueberries with Korean beef? ~
shrimp meat
A shrimp with a beautiful appearance came out just by looking at it.
Shrimp meat is the part of the sirloin where the spiny root is separated separately
It is said that it is called shrimp meat because its appearance resembles the shape of a shrimp with its back bent,
The visuals were nice, the visuals were really shrimp-like, and the light just mixed up on this day, and the picture came out like a foot wrap.
As soon as I actually saw the shrimp meat, it made a loud noise
Put it up, and the experienced server prepares all the meat themselves.
Grease a hot pan with Uji paste and place the shrimp on top. Ah, this beautiful figure.
Put the juice on the top and bottom of the fire, and cut it into bite-size pieces
Ripe meat allows you to take refuge on one side.
I think if the server bakes everything, they usually bake it in a rare state.
If you prefer to grill it while it's still, you can grill it on a grill and eat it
It's delicious even if you just eat it, it's all delicious.
I brought it as a front plate and thought about what sauce to dip it in, and I went to eat it with my favorite whole grain.
The flavor of shrimp meat itself is amazing, and I thought there was a lot of marbling, but I was amazed by its unique oily flavor and savory flavor.
Ah, that's why everyone wanted to eat shrimp meat or shrimp meat, ah, I have to make a lot of money.
I also tried dipping it in the blueberry sauce that came with it, and I personally don't like the sweetness when eating meat, so that's not surprising to my taste.
It's a combination of raw wasabi and Korean beef, not to mention, and it's nice that the green onion kimchi caught what I felt when I ate it.
The green onion kimchi was delicious, so I refilled it a few times, and the seasoning and cooking level of the green onion kimchi were completely my style (the style that was a little ripe)
Mushrooms baked with a lot of soy oil and grilled rice cake are also delicacies.
Stella Artois
I ordered it because I wanted to add just one cup of clean drinking. Stella Artois seems to be seen everywhere these days.
Cognac sirloin
It's a pity that I ended up with just shrimp meat, so I ordered one more. When I asked them what they are famous for, they say that cognac sirloin comes out a lot.
Since it was my first visit, I was recommended and ordered cognac sirloin. The overall condition of the meat in Ido Mansion is very visual. rattling
After browning it on both sides and cutting it in a row…
Hmm, make flambé with cognac. I don't think this performance is really a big deal, but it's very exciting.. haha
I think it's sirloin that's even fun to watch.
The cognac-flavored sirloin is ready, cut it into cubes and move it to one side to make it easier for the server to eat.
Now all you have to do is enjoy eating. The most exciting time
You can feel the subtle scent of cognac first, and then the savory, crunchy Korean beef sirloin in the mouth
Good good totally good. I also ate Korean beef after a long time, so it was so delicious that the monster and I really didn't say who ate it more.
Put wasabi and whole grains together, yum yum.
The reason why the cognac sirloin was better than I expected was that it was attractive that the alcohol in the cognac was removed while going through the flambait, leaving only a faint aroma.
Korean beef miso stew
The monster chose Korean beef miso jigae after deciding whether to eat cold noodles or miso stew for a meal.
It's nice that it contains plenty of dry paper. Ah, if you order miso stew, it also comes with black rice.
It's rich and contains plenty of Korean beef, so it's my style of miso stew.
I've been wanting to eat delicious miso stew for a while, but it was a great finish. The miso soup is also absolutely good.
Ido Mansion is a premium aged meat specialty store located in Yeouido.
Overall, this is a place with a modern atmosphere that makes you think it's a yakiniku restaurant, and the friendly server staff were very friendly.
There aren't many places that sell Korean beef and shrimp meat, but now I think I can go to Ido Mansion to eat shrimp meat.
I think it would be a great place for a dinner party for office workers nearby, and although it's a yakiniku restaurant, it's a great place for couples to go on a date.
Ah, of course delicious Korean beef is basic:)
