I've heard a rumor that people who can't eat yakitori will never be able to eat it because of its unique smell. So I was always hesitant to try it, but fortunately, the yakitori of Hsinchu yakitori didn't smell very good.
I wanted to try a mix of lamb ribs and yakitori, but I was curious about the spiciness, so I ordered the basic and spicy flavors.

As a newbie to yakitori, I grabbed the skewer and tried to tear it off, but my sister dried it. They said it was eaten by removing it with chopsticks (^^), so I worked hard to remove it and eat it.

Spicy yakitori definitely had a strong spice. So I put two in one bite and ate them. Both chicken and yakitori were half true – it was my first yakitori I tried, and I was glad they chose a good restaurant.
I looked around and found a lot of corn noodles to eat, but I'll have to bring a bunch of people and eat them all with barou and hot noodles next time.
