Daegu Seongseo Restaurant_Flower Meal
I had the last meal of my one-night trip to Daegu at Seongseo Korean Restaurant Full Flower Meal.
A restaurant with the subtitle âAn Honest Farmer's Natural Meal.â
I thought I was getting bored with the liver, but most of them were good enough to suit the tastes of Korean people.
I had a strong feeling in my mouth when it was fresh, so I ate it deliciously and well.
The interior design of the facilities was excellent, so it was a place with a nice atmosphere.
A building with the logo âStay Rightâ on it.
It seems like a building filled with brands operated by the same company.
The Flower Meal is located on the 5th floor of this building.
It's a Korean restaurant, so the interior design has a cozy feel with the texture of wood.
The center of the building is empty, so you can see the upper and lower floors through the window.
Window-side tables where the sun shines brightly.
A combination of traditional Korean cuisine in a modern and sophisticated cafe.
The spacing between tables is just right, and the space is partially separated, making it feel independent.
A booklet-shaped menu bound with heavy steel.
Calligraphy logo on a face painting of a farmer.
On the first page, there is a picture of a farmer working in a rice field and
The phrase âA farmer's meal full of vitalityâ is written on it.
The three sets of meals, the flower meal, the dew meal, and the good year meal, are 13,000 won, 16,000 won, and 20,000 won, respectively.
There is an additional cost for shiraegi rice, mussel rice, miso stew, mushroom chapchae, and salad.
A special lunch menu that runs from 11:30-15:30 on weekdays.
Mardol miso set meal (8,000 won), mussel rice set meal (10,000 won).
Side dishes include grilled pork, grilled mackerel, steamed beef ribs, soy shrimp, stir-fried pork ribs, and pork ribs.

A story about eco-friendly wrapped vegetables sent directly every morning from Icheon, Gyeonggi-do.
Beautifully drawn petals on a personal plate.
Favorite tableware design
A warm barley tea that soothed my stomach after drinking too much.
A beautiful flower bloomed even in the water cup.
Good Year Meal (20,000 won per person/meal) begins.
4 servings of maesaengi porridge with a thin layer of sesame placed in the center.
Put it on a personal plate.
It was easy to eat because it was soft and the sauce was just right.
I think all of the chapchae I ate when I came to Daegu were delicious.
This restaurant is also a chapchae restaurant.
A square white, fine mochiridofu and radish.
Put a little bit of wasabi on top of the cheese-flavored mochiridofu and take a bite.
It contains plenty of meat and has a rich, heavy flavor.
The accompaniment is Gyeongju Beopju rice makgeolli.
In addition to soju and beer, there are also Kooksundang rice makgeolli, Bohae bok bun, and a gallery.
The sauce was also good in the mouth, and I liked the steamed beef ribs because the meat was soft.
Soy sauce shrimp served with seaweed.
It's nice that the shrimp meat doesn't sag and is tangy.
The garnish on the sickerman seaweed and soy sauce shrimp captures the red, blue, and white colors, so it's refreshing.
Is this a specially made plate?
A cold bowl that makes you want to buy a ready-made one.
A groove in the shape of a waterhole is dug on the round tree so that a bowl can be placed.
In the middle is soy sauce.
Compared to my kimchi, which is always fresh, Chinese cabbage kimchi had a great spiciness.
Tonnamul mixed with tofu. Soft tofu is followed by a pleasant hijiki scent.
Fried peanuts and anchovies. A basic dish that is easy to eat when salty.
I hated spinach so much when I was a kid, but I'm eating it hard for my health.
The mushroom meat was quite fresh, so it was nice to be simmered with eryngii mushrooms.
Miso is also prepared so that it can be dipped in a small bowl.
The meat is so tender that I think it would have been nice to cut it a little thicker.
Grilled kodari baked with red sauce.
Rice with crispy rice balls and mushrooms.
Finished after eating a full stomach.
