I fell in love with the sweet and savory flavor of black sesame seeds than I thought. It's moist, so the flavor stays the same even after a day…

A gimbap specialty store that makes healthy gimbap using fresh ingredients. The characteristic is that the gimbap is rolled up using slightly different vegetables depending on the main ingredient of the gimbap. Popular items on the menu are “Seoho Gimbap,” which contains beef, and “tuna gimbap,” which uses finely chopped onions as a filling. Mayonnaise is prepared separately, so you can add it according to your personal preferences. The spicy “stir-fried ramen” is also a delicacy.

Gimbap with plenty of ingredients! I ate it with mayonnaise, so it was savory and went well with spicy stir-fried ramen:)



4. Sweet homemade sweets cafe, “Odagada”

It's a cafe located in front of Gyeongmungo, and you can find homemade cakes and “Rang Lang Karong” macaroons every day. The popular menu is the “pure matcha cake,” which is made by putting rich matcha ganache on a matcha sheet and finishing with 100% milk cream. The bitterness of matcha mixed with the savory milk cream is exquisite. “Wasabi Peanut Macaroons,” which have a frown taste at the tip of your nose, made by grinding your own wasabi, are also unique.

Of course, the matcha cake had a rich matcha flavor that met my expectations, and the yogurt was unsweetened and delicious! The key was the wasabi macaroons, but I frowned so much that I couldn't eat them all, so I gave them to my friend.



5. 'Liblange', a healthy, authentic French bread

A bakery that makes healthy bread without any additives for baking using French flour, 100% natural butter, etc. The popular bread is the “Campagne baguette,” which is kneaded with rye and fermented for a long time.
