It's really crispy on the outside, but I was surprised that it became chewy when soaked in sauce and was so soft without being hard or chewy overall!!!! I don't think the sauce contains glacial acid. It's sweet and sour, but it's nice that it's not excessive.


2. “Hongseol,” a mochi cafe using domestic adzuki beans
This cafe is famous for its “daifuku” made from domestic glutinous rice, red beans, and chestnuts. Based on adzuki beans boiled directly in a cauldron, they offer a variety of menus such as shaved red bean paste, red bean soup, and red bean bread. Among them, “cream red bean bread,” which is filled with sweet cream and adzuki beans, and the savory “soboro red bean bread” are popular. There are many people looking for “red bean paste,” which can be enjoyed warmly in the winter, but “shaved red beans,” made by putting sweet red beans on soft milk ice, is also a popular menu all the time.

If Eulmildae is pure Americano, this place adds 2 tablespoons of syrup.

4. “Bread Feet”, a small bakery cafe

The filling is rich, and the sweetness is just right, and I can keep eating it without getting tired of eating it ^^ It's a normal style of bread, but I want to praise it for being the best in Yeouido.


5. Hot kishimono mushroom spicy soup, “Gayang Kalguksu mushroom spicy soup”
The signature menu is mushroom spicy soup, which is eaten by putting mushrooms and vegetables in a cool boil. When the mushrooms and potatoes are cooked, eat them first, then add the thick kishimasu noodles and parsley. The flavor of the chewy mushrooms, plump kishimen noodles, and the sharp soup that becomes deeper and richer as it is boiled is exquisite. It also has more mushrooms than anything else, and the sharpness is really not playful lol it's the kind of flavor that comes to mind when the body is spooky in the middle.
