It's definitely spring, but the sky covered with fine dust is just cloudy. I spend more and more time washing my face every day due to the problem that comes from fine dust from China because my neck is flat and my skin is dull. My head wrapped on my way to work has to be washed again before going to sleep with fine dust covered in the meantime, and I'm busy washing away my body and mind that have become turbid day and night.

Taejongdae Hot Spring is located close to Taejongdae, which boasts a spectacular view. The hot springs have a variety of functional baths, such as a dry steam bath, an ocher bath, a germanium wet sauna, a charcoal sauna, a pyramid bath, and an open-air bath, which can help you not only improve your health but also your mood. You can walk to Taejongdae Gravel Yard in about 3 minutes, so after enjoying the hot springs, you can listen to the sound of the waves and indulge in the amazing taste of grilled shellfish. Yeongdo crosses Penglai Mountain, so I recommend using the park via a walking path.

Yeongdo 'Jeju Bokguk' operated directly by a pufferfish specialty company
âJeju Bokgukâ is run by the boss who is in charge of distributing pufferfish. The stable supply and demand of fresh ingredients brings out a refreshing yet refreshing flavor of fukguk. The popular menu is âEunbok Geori.â If you add crunchy bean sprouts and fragrant parsley, you can enjoy it even more. Note that if you add a little vinegar to the soup and eat it, you can enjoy the refreshing taste of Haejang soup. It is one of the menus that often include plump meat and a chewy skin called ârevenge meat.â Delicious side dishes made from pufferfish, such as deep-fried pufferfish, simmered pufferfish in soy sauce, and pufferfish skin sauce, can also be enjoyed here. A, B, and C courses are available as special dinner dishes. The unique name of the magpie suit is more expensive than the silver and gold suits that are commonly found, and it is said that they are cheaper than the samebok, so it's a good idea to check when choosing a bok.

Chuertang with rich broth, Yeongdo's âOld-fashioned Chuertangâ
âOld Chueotangâ is located in Daegyo-dong, Yeongdo. Since there are no domestic loaches, they do not sell chuertang, and they only sell âeel soupâ and âgrilled eel.â A popular menu item is âeel soup,â where a whole eel (conger eel) is added and boiled. You can enjoy crunchy bean sprouts and plump eels in a thick broth. âGrilled eel,â which is baked sweet and spicy, is also a great dish to accompany rice as a meal menu. Each table is prepared with ground garlic, red pepper, and Japanese pepper, so you can add according to your own taste. They say they don't open on days when the eel isn't in good condition, so it's a good idea to check before visiting.

The center of Busan's time-honored hot springs! Dongrae
<ê¸ì²íí¬ì¨ì²>
It has been used as a hot spring since the Silla period. The hot spring water in this area is slightly alkaline, rich in magnesium, and contains a lot of chlorine ions, and is said to be effective for neuralgia, skin diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, and gynecological diseases. Also, the water quality is soft and less irritating, making it less burdensome for the elderly, infants, and convalescent patients. At Dongnae Hot Spring, there is a legend that an old woman who saw a crane soaking her sore leg in hot spring water and then flew away as if it were washed away, treated her sore leg with the hot spring water. There are many lodging establishments around the hot springs, so it's a perfect place to stay for a day or more and enjoy the hot springs and sightseeing together. I recommend visiting nearby Geumjeongsan Mountain, Gumgang Park, Botanical Garden, Beomeosa Temple, Busan Folk Art Museum, and Busan Maritime and Natural History Museum to relieve the fatigue of the trip.

A samgyetang specialty restaurant that opened in Dongnae-gu in 1973 and has been in business for over 40 years. There are two items on the menu: âGungjung Yakgyetang (seven herbal medicines of nokgak, astragalus, angelica, pine nuts, chestnuts, goji berries, and jujube)â and âDongnae Samgyetang.â It's a good restaurant that uses domestic ingredients, and you can eat with confidence. Side dishes include kakuteki, kimchi, chicken dung, somen noodles, green pepper, and garlic, and the crunchy texture of chicken dung is a perfect delicacy to soothe your mouth before the samgyetang comes out. Dongnae samgyetang is served with green onions as a garnish, and if you roll somen with green onions in an immaculate broth, the flavor is excellent. The combination of ginseng wine and samgyetang, which comes as a service, is also good. It is said that they only operate the main branch of Bae Jong-gwan Dongnae Samgyetang without a chain store, so be sure to check it out when you visit. We are not accepting reservations.

Unmissable in Busan, Haeundae's âNamegijangsan Bear Eelâ
Located at the end of Haeundae Market, the 30-year-old âNangijangsan Bear Eelâ has a tradition of 30 years. There are two types of eel available: grilled with sauce and grilled with salt. If you order eel, a simple meal with vegetables and miso shiraegi soup will be served. Grilled sauce can be eaten by putting plenty of minced garlic on a red gochujang seasoning base and cooking it on a grill. The chewy texture unique to wild bear eels and the rich flavor that comes from a combination of sweet and spicy condiments is excellent. Fried rice, which is stir-fried with leftover seasoning, is also a delicacy.
