Sokcho Abai Village Dancheon Restaurant Mentaikai Naengmyeon
I went on an overnight trip to Sokcho on the weekend of June 10th.
First place I visited after arriving in Sokcho.
Dancheon Restaurant in Abai Village.
I remember going there a few years ago when it was a shabby building.
I heard that the building was destroyed by fire, but there was a shiny new building inside.
Even in the new building, there are a lot of big signs that it's a house that was actually photographed for 1 night and 2 days.
I wonder if they got measles because of solicitation in the meantime,
The restaurants in this alley have the words âNever solicit customersâ
I was able to see it in a few places.
Danchon Restaurant menu. All menus other than cold noodles can be packed.
The top of the meal menu is pollack sundae, and the top dish is assorted sundae.
The two signature menus are highlighted in larger letters and different colors than the other menus.
The letters are big because Abai's sundae gukbap is also a popular popular menu.
Black has vowed to try sundae gukbap the next time he comes.
The basic dish was placed on top of the prize first.
Salted fish, white kimchi, pollack seaweed, kakuteki, etc. It's clean.
The first floor was crowded with lots of customers, but it was relatively quiet when you went up to the second floor.
I was able to eat quietly and comfortably.
I liked the pollack and crunchy flavor.
The fresh flavor on my tongue was also good, and it was quite spicy for my fresh taste.
It's a special dish that takes a lot of hands, but maybe it's because it's a waste for customers not to touch their hands,
The server put down the dish and emphasized, âI brought it to eat pollack and taste it.â
Hot broth and cold broth.
It's not accurate, but one slurped,
One seems to be to pour it on cold noodles and eat it.
The warm broth had just the right amount of umami, so I kept getting my hands on it.
It's a place that also serves sundae gukbap, so I think it's pork bone soup.
Abai sundae served with pollack sashimi sauce.
Since I was a child, I was domesticated by the cheap flavor of vermicelli sundae in Seoul
This kind of local sundae doesn't suit my taste either.
Sundae contains a lot of good ingredients compared to vermicelli sundae
I like the texture of chewy vermicelli eaten just dipped in salt.
Makgeolli
I didn't even take a picture of the label and just tasted it without thinking
I don't remember what kind of makgeolli it is.
Rich salted shrimp and abai sundae.
The watercress noodles ordered by Black.
Kim Black always likes âcold.â
