A âchicken hanmariâ specialty store with a light and refreshing soup flavor. You can add kishimasu, mochi, and potato sari to the menu with only one chicken. The chicken is served lightly cooked, but you can eat it when the mochi starts to cook after cooking a little longer. The sauce can be made by adding shredded cabbage, onions, and chives to a plate and adding soy sauce, minced garlic, and spicy condiments according to individual preferences. Finally, adding kishimsu sari to the rich broth is a delicacy.
