Goyang Starfield in Ilsan opened on August 24. It was the first shopping theme park in Korea and attracted the attention of many people even before it officially opened. From 2 floors underground to 4 floors above ground, Goyang Starfield has restaurants with different concepts on each floor. Popular restaurants from various fields are gathered here, from famous restaurants in Hongdae and Itaewon to long-established restaurants and restaurants that are masters of life. In addition, kids' entertainment for children is specialized, making it easier for family customers who usually don't find it easy to go out, and the entry barrier has been lowered by making it possible for dogs to enter together. A Pyongyang cold noodle specialty store that has kept its flavor the same way for 50 years. The most popular menu item is âPyongyang Naengmyeon,â which has a clear and clean soup. The cool watercress broth has just the right amount of sweetness and rich flavor. Unlike other Pyongyang cold noodle restaurants, the noodles made by mixing seasonal soba with sweet potato starch, are characterized by being rolled over smoothly without feeling broken. âMeat,â which is clunky but has been cut to make use of its texture, is also a popular menu, and the combination of soft fat and chewy meat is excellent. It is said that beef and pork, which are boiled together when the broth is boiled, are mixed with each other's flavors, and the flavors come out even more. 2. 'Soi Yeonnam', a local taste of Thailand
A branch of âSoi Yeonnamâ, a Thai restaurant located in Yeonnam-dong. 3. âDong Bingo,â a shaved ice that is faithful to the basics
It is a shaved ice specialty store that opened in 2010 in Dongbuichon-dong, and uses 100% domestic adzuki beans by trading directly with adzuki beans farm in Chungcheong-do. The most popular menu item is definitely âshaved red bean paste,â which shows the owner's pride in having learned how to cook red beans in Japan. Adzuki beans with just the right amount of sugar and texture go well with savory milk shaved ice, but they can also be eaten with the chewy mochi placed on top. The characteristic of Dongbingo is that the aroma of milk is stronger because a syrup made by mixing milk and condensed milk is added to finely ground ice rather than milk ice cream. For those who don't eat adzuki beans, they also have fragrant âroyal milk tea shaved iceâ and âsnow white shaved iceâ, so be sure to check them out.

They seem to cook the red beans really well, and I think the quality of the adzuki beans is better than other places.
4. Gyukatsu from Kyoto, âKyoto Katsugyuâ
Starting in Kyoto, this gyukatsu specialty store is loved all over Japan, including Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka. The signature menu is the âlean beef steak set meal,â which is a thin layer of deep-fried beef coated with deep-fried batter. Starting with the most basic soy sauce and wasabi, you can enjoy a variety of flavors with unique flavors of Japanese pepper salt, Worcestershire sauce, and Japanese curry sauce. The characteristic of gyukatsu, which is offered as a standard medium rare, is that each table has a personal grill, so you can adjust the degree of grilling according to your own preferences. 5. âBisteccaâ, an authentic Italian flavor
This branch of an Italian restaurant located on Gyeongridan-gil in Itaewon sells only tiramisu, a popular dessert menu. The hydrating mousse-type tiramisu is an excellent combination of espresso extracted from self-roasted beans and soft mascarpone cheese. It has an appropriate blend of Italian mascarpone cheese, fresh cream, and American cream cheese, and boasts a soft texture and a clean aftertaste. âRaspberry tiramisu,â a light original tiramisu that adds freshness with raspberry puree, is also popular among women. I usually recommend refrigerating the cream so you can enjoy it in a cold state, but if you freeze it and enjoy it in a slightly thawed state, you can enjoy a different flavor like ice cream.

After taking a bite, the espresso scent comes out strong at the end, and it's really delicious.
