Kaisendong
Kaisendon
I'm tired of the heat, and I wish summer would go a little sooner, and I think fall came in an instant, where I could feel the cold wind at the tip of my nose. Seafood comes to mind when a cool breeze starts to blow in! There is a dish where you can enjoy a hearty bowl of seafood! That is Kaisendon with plenty of fresh sea in one bowl!
A hearty bowl of sea with seven kinds of seafood beautifully placed on top of sweet and sour rice soaked in sweet and sour rice. Kaisendon, the representative dish of Hokkaido, is gorgeous just to look at. Today, I'm going to introduce a simple recipe for kaisendon that you can make at home along with Spoons!
