After putting on a bowl of steaming hot white rice and walking on both arms, the preparation is over. If you grab a body cut in half with both hands and press it down, the transparent flesh and eggs that pour out! If you take it to your mouth in a hurry and eat a full bite, the soy sauce crab explodes with a salty yet rich, sea-filled flavor.
When I put rice in the leftover crab, grate it and wrap it in seaweed, I unknowingly think of a happy expression on my face. Soy sauce crab makes you fill up a bowl of rice indefinitely in an instant and refill the rice bowl indefinitely. Today, I'm going to introduce a simple soy sauce crab recipe that you can make at home along with Spoons!
Preparing and making materials
1 kg of blue crab, 1 onion, 1 green onion, 6 cloves of garlic, 3 cloves of ginger, 3 green chillies, 1 teaspoon of whole black pepper
5 cups of water, 2 cups of brewed soy sauce, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of rice wine, 2 tablespoons of starch syrup, 2 tablespoons of sugar

Wash the crab thoroughly in cold water using a brush.

Add sake, shochu, and plum juice to the cleaned crab and let it marinate.

Cut the onion, garlic, and green onions into suitable pieces.

Put sliced onions, green onions, garlic, and dried red peppers in a pan
Add water, soy sauce, and sake shochu and bring to a boil.

Crab that was stored in a long bowl or in a tall bowl
Turn it over and capture it one by one.
(Tip, put the crab upside down so the flesh doesn't melt.)

Strain the soy sauce that you have made and pour it through a sieve.
If you remove the red pepper that was in the sauce and put it together, you can make the most of the sharp flavor.

It is aged for 2 days.

After 2 days, filter the sauce separately, boil it again for about 3 minutes, let it cool completely, then pour it out.

Cut onions, carrots, peppers, and green onions into suitable pieces.

Add red pepper paste, plum juice, red pepper powder, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame seeds to the vegetables
Mix evenly.
