Jajangmyeon, champon, sweet and sour pork. Three foods that go together just as well as chicken and beer. From jajangmyeon, which is eaten grinly, champon, which has an attractive sweetness of onions, to sweet and sour pork with thick slices of meat. If you take turns eating food, you'll see an empty bowl. Among them, champon, which is spicy, salty, and fun to eat with ingredients, is a food that comes to mind both on a day when you're hungry for alcohol or the day after eating alcohol. It's a food that's commonly found around us, but it's hard to find a restaurant that's really good at it. Ah, are there any proper reviews? I recommend it for a day that comes to mind! Here are some champon restaurants that Shikigami reviewers have visited themselves.
1. Refreshingly spicy, cod 'Subong Bangjeom'

â²Price: Windstorm Champon 7,000 won, Chinese bibimbap 7,000 won â²Review (Mars Shikigami): Hello Mars. Chinese bibimbap that can only be enjoyed in Daegu! I hurried early in the morning to Subong Ban, one of the two places represented by Chinese bibimbap restaurants. It opened at 11:00, so I arrived early at 10:10! Fortunately, I was able to go inside the store without waiting, so I ordered champon and Chinese bibimbap! The champon with a pretty fried egg on top of the red soup came out first, and it was a super protein champon full of vegetables! Personally, I think this place is more delicious than the Gayasung Champon I went to before. After eating champon for a while, bibimbap with an overwhelming visual fragrance appeared!!! The visuals were quite salty and had a spicy and provocative feeling, but! The moment you take a bite!!! The natural sweetness and umami of vegetables, and the non-irritating spiciness of chili oil. It's a flavor that stimulates all cells, with a perfect blend of even the subtle flavor of fire! Here, the lightness of the egg seems to perfectly balance it. Next time I'll just try Chinese bibimbap, I recommend it!
2. Seongnam Local Chinese Restaurant, Seongnam 'Legend of Chum'
* Source: Shikigami user 'Beer'
â²Price range: Suta Champon 7,000 won, sweet and suyuk (small) 13,000 won â²Review (Shikishin Beer): Since it's a famous local restaurant in Seongnam, there are a lot of people for lunch and dinner on weekends. If 2 adults (male and female, female) go to eat one champon and one sweet and suyuk beef, that's the right amount. I think champon is fine just because it's boiled, but sweet and sour pork is just right here. The tempura batter is also thin, and the large meat on the inside has a crunchy and chewy texture when eaten. The dish that comes with sweet and sour pork and sauce feels raw, but the food contained in it is clunky, so I feel like it's not a decorated dish. Champon is seafood champon, but it didn't contain as much seafood as I thought. So I was only able to feel the freshness of the vegetable broth rather than the cool feeling in the soup. The good news is that the noodles are boiled, so the thick ones and the thin ones are divided into various types, and the thick ones have a chewy texture. Even if you go out to eat noodles, if you go for more than one, I definitely recommend eating sweet and sour pork.
3. Daegu's top 3 champons, Daegu's 'Gaya Seong'
* Source: Shikigshin user 'Let's eat Mapo noodles'
â²Opening hours: 11:00-21:00 every day (until 20:50), closed on the first and third Mondays â²Price range: Champon 7,000 won, champon rice 7,000 won â²Review (to eat papo noodles): A very famous champon restaurant in Daegu. This restaurant is famous for its fire flavor. When I actually tried it, the fire flavor wasn't as strong as I expected, and it looked like a normal champon, probably because the champon flavor was leveled upward. The difference, though, is that the noodles are clunky. Even though it wasn't smooth, it was fun to eat because of its unique texture.
4. 'Poppy Pong' at Mapo-gu Office Station, a hidden local restaurant
