When I step outside the house, I am greeted by fall, which has just arrived. Cool breezes, high blue skies, and even sunshine full of warmth that is different from summer sunlight. Autumn is a season that everyone loves, when a lot of crops are ripe. When the chilly wind hits my body, I naturally think of a hot soup. How about ramen made from broth that has been simmered for a long time, thick chashu, and soft soft-boiled egg. Here are some ramen restaurants that Shikigami users have visited themselves.
1. 'Chinchikurin' in Seomyeon, Busan, a precious bamboo forest

â²Business hours: Every day 12:00-15:00, 17:00-21:30 (Last order: 14:30/21:00), closed on Mondays
â²Price: Soyu ramen 7,000 won, tsukemen 8.500 won
â²Review (Shikigami Mars): Chinchikurin, a Japanese ramen restaurant introduced by a master of living! I arrived in time for lunch, but luckily the wait wasn't long, so I ordered the chashu ramen and the famous tsukemen! The perfect blend of salty, light, soft, and chewy texture, and aroma of the noodles that sit on your mouth is the best ever!! Even the deep, light soup is perfect, and it's incomparable to the Soyu ramen I've eaten before… Tsukemen, whose chewy, chewy noodles shine even more, is a unique dish eaten with a secret special sauce! If you just eat the sauce, it's really salty! ATTENTION! I couldn't help but admire the taste when I put it on noodles and inhale it, so be sure to go!!!!
2. It's run by Seungri, that's right! Busan Seomyeon 'Aori's Whereaboutsâ
* Source: Shikigami user 'Seolji'
â²Business hours: 11:30-22:30 every day
â²Price range: Aori ramen 9,000 won
â²Review (Shikigami Seolji): Aori ramen famous for Big Bang's victory! It's a great place to eat alone with a unique atmosphere because they personally made the mask table, the bill, and the order book?! I can't eat it face to face, so if you're on a blind date or a bad relationship, hehe, you can check the order form and choose whatever you want, and the special sauce is pretty sharp! There's also egg rice, and I recommend it hehe, but it's too greasy and there are many more delicious ramen in Seomyeon, so I thought it wasn't a place worth going back to. Please go there at least once
3. An unforgettable taste of chashu, the constant âRamen Truckâ

â²Business hours: 11:00-24:00 every day (break time 15:30-17:00)
â²Price: Ramen 7,000 won, additional chashu 1,000 won
â²Review (Shikigami Schwitt): A ramen shop I really love! The soup, which is moderately heavy and refreshing, is really the best. There may be waits even if you visit late in the day. A place I always think of when it rains. There's only one menu, but it's nice to be able to add noodles, chashu, and eggs. Every time, press down the feeling that you want to add everything. However, adding chashu at any time is a truth. Those who haven't eaten chashu here. Try it soon
4. Have you tried basil ramen? Hapjeong âIt Tengoâ

â²Opening hours: 11:30-21:00 every day (break time 15:00-17:00), closed on Sundays
â²Price range: Chitsune 7,000 won, Midori Kame 10,000 won
â²Review (Shikigami Eunae): Because it's quiet, the antique-looking wooden furniture exudes a Japanese feel. I feel like I came to a different place with the door that came in while illuminated. The round dining table, which seems to show the unique colors of this place, is also quite impressive. The color of a traffic light made up of green midori camellia, red tomato tsukemono, and yellow pickled radish was really beautiful. Midori Kame had a faint scent of basil wafting through it. Instead of the strong feeling of basil that I had anticipated, it played a strong role in fully enhancing the umami of ramen. This ramen combines the mystery of the green color with that feeling. Kitsune is much simpler and more savory. I liked the rich flavor of the beef bone broth because it was refreshing. It was simpler than basil ramen, but it had a sense of depth. The noodles of ramen are thin and soft. Above all, the thick, moist and soft tea sugar was really delicious.
5. Uijeongbu's âsakura ramenâ made with care

â²Business hours: 17:00-20:00 on weekdays, 11:30-15:00 on weekends, closed on Tuesdays
â²Price: Nagasaki ramen 8,000 won, cold ramen 8,000 won
â²Testimonial (Shikigami Honeyberry): If you don't go 30 minutes before opening, I think the wait is unconditional. The price is less than 10,000 won, but the amount is really high. I think the pork cutlet in particular is really very tasty here. It doesn't smell bad, it's soft and very thick. If there's anything I'm sorry about, I close it too early… haha
