Chef Jeong Chang-wook specializes in tantan noodles, and this is a small restaurant that uses its own noodles . There is only “tantanmen” on the menu, and you can add hot spring eggs , meat garnish , sliced green onions, fried onions , and white rice to the basic tantan noodles. Those who want a spicier flavor should add mara, which has a mild flavor . Basically , it is served topped with garnishes such as meat, sesame seeds, and green onions, so you can taste it first and add the black vinegar, Japanese pepper powder , and chilli oil that you have placed in front of you, as you like . Since it's raw noodles, the quality of the noodles themselves is different, and it also contains plenty of seafood, so it has a deep and rich flavor . It's well stir-fried on an iron plate, so it's really tasty!!

A restaurant in Daemulim that started in 1964 in Dongducheon and has continued for the 3rd generation for 52 years. Popular menus include “Tteokgalbi,” which is grilled over an open fire, and “soba makguksu, ” which is made by making homemade noodles from home-milled soba. There are two types of beef tteokgalbi: mild tteokgalbi and spicy tteokgalbi, and all teokgalbi are served at 250g (2ps) per serving. Makguksu has a high buckwheat ratio of 7:3, and you can enjoy the savory flavor of soba, and the sauce that has been aged for 30 days or more adds a deep flavor. The dumpling soup, which is a homemade North Korean style gyoza, is also a delicacy.

It was a bit cluttered , but I had half a teokgalbi set meal , pork ribs , and cold noodles for 2 servings each and ate it deliciously . After a long time of eating half a teokgalbi set meal, I ate teokgalbi with great care . As for cold noodles, watercress noodles were good . Among the side dishes, things like radish kimchi are particularly tasty.
