Preparing and making materials
300 grams of flour, 4 grams of yeast, 2 grams of olive oil, 2 grams of water, 1/4 red onion, 3 mushrooms, 5 pepperoni,
3 black olives, 3 green olives, 6 tablespoons tomato sauce, 450 g mozzarella cheese, a little parsley
Making pizza dough
Add the flour, yeast, olive oil and water that will make up the dough and mix.
When you feel the texture of the dough, roll it up into a ball, put it in a bowl, and cover it with plastic wrap.
Let the dough mature at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Cut red onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, black olives, and green olives into pieces of the right size.
Making tomato sauce
Heat an appropriate amount of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the prepared ingredients.
When the ingredients are cooked, add the tomato sauce and fry on low heat until the sauce settles in the ingredients.
Grease the deep bowl where you will bake the Chicago pizza to prevent the dough from sticking.
Sprinkle flour on a cutting board, place the dough, and roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Put the rolled dough into a bowl.
Tear off the dough that is left outside the shape of the bowl and put it back in shape.
The process is repeated until the dough exceeds the depth of the bowl.
