'Michelin Guide Seoul' has revealed the list of Bib Gourmand restaurants in 2019. “Bib Gourmand” means a restaurant that offers excellent food at a reasonable price, at an average price of 35,000 won or less It is a place that serves meals. Except for 2 of the 48 places on the previous list, the remaining restaurants remained the same, and 11 new restaurants were named. From Sapporo style lamb ribs enjoyed in a modern interior to Japanese ramen presented by a ramen master to creative pasta that has never been eaten anywhere else ! It is a gomguk soup specialty restaurant run by Chef Park Chan-il, who is known as a 'writing chef' from ICIF in Italy. The signature menu is “pork gukbap,” which is seasoned only with black pork without any other parts.
