“Kobe Mansion” is an aged wagyu specialty store located near Gwanggyo Station. The space
, decorated with a Japanese-style butcher shop motif, makes you feel like you've found a traditional Japanese house
. Here, you can enjoy each part of aged
wagyu, which has a mild flavor, such as “rib steak,” “sirloin,” “spareribs,” and “fat meat.
” “Taraniku,” made by adding Japanese sardine sauce to a special part of beef, is popular among children for its sweetness
that spreads softly
. All meats are grilled by the staff themselves, so you can enjoy the food comfortably
.
Properly cooked meat is rich in juiciness in the mouth. There are also lunch menus that can only be enjoyed at lunchtime,

“Sushi Yukai” was newly opened by Chef Lee Kyung-won from the famous sushi restaurant “Sushi Kun” in Jeongja-dong, Bundang. The characteristic is that on one side of the plate where sushi is served, radish sprouts and washed kimchi are served together, showing the appearance of a Korean-style Japanese restaurant. The signature menu is “Lunch Omakase,” a Japanese course meal with reasonable prices.
Starting with salad, Japanese steamed egg custard, and abalone, sashimi and sushi are prepared one after the other. Depending on the supply and demand of ingredients of the day, such as rockfish, flounder, tuna, mullet, and shrimp, they
use sashimi that have been aged appropriately.

later.
The homemade shiso sherbet, which is prepared as a dessert, has a refreshing taste and is pleasant to the palate.
