The ground floor of the store consists of a roastery where coffee is roasted, and the basement consists of a cafe space where you can drink coffee.

The scones and cake were all sold out, so I ordered mainly leftover desserts.

I prefer a savory flavor, so I chose a blend!
It was nice to have a mild fruit flavor even though it was bitter
There was almost no acidity, so it was an excellent choice.
“Madeleine†– 3,500 won
First of all, what is the sesame oil/hazelnut madeleine that can only be tasted in Korea
The smell of sesame oil that you can feel even before you eat it~
The savory flavor and aroma of sesame oil went better with the bread than I thought
Hazelnuts enhance the chewy texture.
The sugar/hazelnut had a slight lemon scent.
Personally, I felt that the madeleines would be more delicious if they were slightly more moist.
“To Huinang City†– 2,900 won
In Huinang City, the outside has a rough texture and the inside feels moist
I was able to feel the immediate touch on the outside!
It has a strong sweet flavor, so I think it would be great to take a sip of Americano or take a bite at Huinang City.
'Lemon Cookie' – 3,200 won
A dessert made with lemon icing on top of cookies full of butter flavor.
As soon as I took a bite, whoa! Refreshing! It's so sweet and sour that the word pops out.
'Casonade Cookie' – 3,700 won
If it felt like a lemon cookie was melting in your mouth
Casonade cookies are crunchy and rough.
If you want the feeling of just chewing on it, I recommend Casonade cookies!
“Latte†– 6,100 won
This is a visual you've probably seen on Instagram or social media at least once.
I took out the latte and ate it while it came out, but it was more than savory
It's a taste that makes your mouth feel full.
If you still don't know the appeal of latte, I think it would be a good idea to try Blue Bottle Latte as an introduction.
After being in the cafe for about an hour, I came out. Has the atmosphere decreased a bit?
But I feel like I'm three times bigger than when I arrived..!
