Shikishin released the “Busan Mentaiko Taste Map” for 3.7 million users until May 2019, which analyzed big data based on user reviews and evaluations.

Shikshin's '2019 Busan Mentaiko Taste Map' includes a total of 31 mentaiko restaurants located in Busan's Geumjeong-gu, Dongnae-gu, Busanjin-gu, Suyeong-gu, Jung-gu, Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Gijang-gun, and Haeundae-gu.

If you look at the selected major restaurants, you can see that they include not only Korean food using mentaiko, but also Western food, Japanese food, and bakery stores. “Tendon Koharu” in Geumjeong-gu and “Mentaiko Myeongga” in Jung-gu are places where you can find unique mentaiko dishes that are hard to taste anywhere else, such as mentaiko ten-dong and mentaiko sweet and sour pork.

In addition, places famous as Busan's representative bakeries, such as “OPS Namcheon Branch” in Suyeong-gu, “Lee Heung-yong Confectionery Munhyeon Main Store” in Nam-gu, and “Salon de Bonnet” in Geumjeong-gu have also made a name for themselves.
