Shikishin released the âBusan Mentaiko Taste Mapâ for 3.7 million users until May 2019, which analyzed big data based on user reviews and evaluations.
Shikshin's '2019 Busan Mentaiko Taste Map' includes a total of 31 mentaiko restaurants located in Busan's Geumjeong-gu, Dongnae-gu, Busanjin-gu, Suyeong-gu, Jung-gu, Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Gijang-gun, and Haeundae-gu.
If you look at the selected major restaurants, you can see that they include not only Korean food using mentaiko, but also Western food, Japanese food, and bakery stores. âTendon Koharuâ in Geumjeong-gu and âMentaiko Myeonggaâ in Jung-gu are places where you can find unique mentaiko dishes that are hard to taste anywhere else, such as mentaiko ten-dong and mentaiko sweet and sour pork.
In addition, places famous as Busan's representative bakeries, such as âOPS Namcheon Branchâ in Suyeong-gu, âLee Heung-yong Confectionery Munhyeon Main Storeâ in Nam-gu, and âSalon de Bonnetâ in Geumjeong-gu have also made a name for themselves.
