korean food / seoul / Master of Life, 6 Best Baguette Restaurants – 2347

A “baguette” made with only four ingredients: flour, water, yeast, and salt. The baguette, which draws attention with its long shape, is impressive for its contrasting texture, which is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Because of its light flavor, you can eat it on its own, spread cream on it, or enjoy it as a sandwich with a variety of ingredients. From baguettes filled with healthy flavors using naturally fermented varieties to baguettes with the freshness of cranberries, and unique baguettes containing whole mentaiko! Here are 6 baguette restaurants presented by a master of living.

1. Gapyeong Eumnae-ri's “Le Bongjak”, a healthy bread made from naturally fermented varieties

▲Location: 200 Seokbong-ro, Gapyeong-eup, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do

▲Business hours: 08:30 — 22:00 every day, closing when stocks last

▲Price: Rice baguette with condensed milk 4,000 won, Le Bon Chop latte 6,500 won

▲Review (Shikigami Mango BOH): It appeared on TV~~ I lined up to buy condensed milk baguette and onion garlic baguette even before it opened! I got it after making a reservation, but the baguette isn't a stiff baguette at all; it's Korean style. The sweetness of the condensed milk is so good, and the onion garlic is great to eat! Other breads are also very popular, so I recommend going in the morning.

2. 'Baguette K' in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, using only French flour

▲Testimonial (I don't like baguettes): I don't really like baguettes, but they are famous, so I ordered the basic gel baguette and banana pudding, which are the most popular menu items!! The baguette was really chewy, the outside was crispy, and the flavor was savory and very nice. It was a light flavor that seemed to go in endlessly even if you just ate it, and it was delicious even if you put the banana pudding you bought together… I also want to try monjou baguette!!

3. 'Blangerie Copang' in Mangwon-dong, Seoul, made use of the moist texture of radish juice
