The pink cherry blossoms blooming all over the street indicate the arrival of spring. Here are some new restaurants I visited along with the brightly scattered cherry blossoms. From bowls that serve fresh fruit to cafes where you can enjoy the deep flavors of hand drips, and milk tea restaurants that recreate local flavors! Here are 5 of the best new restaurants nationwide for April.

â²Location: 13 Seongsui-ro 7ga-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul
â²Opening hours: 12:00 â 20:00 every day, early closing when materials are exhausted
â²Price: Yellow Bowl 8,900 won, Green Bowl 8,900 won
â²Testimonial (Tulip Girl): A bowl restaurant I visited when it opened. I visited on Instagram, and it was nice that the room was larger than I expected. The yellow bowl seemed like a signature menu. Bananas, mangoes, green grapes, and chia seeds seem to have gone into it. It's not as sweet as I thought, and the ingredients are fresh, so good. There were edible flowers on it too, so it was pretty:)
2. A bowl to enjoy, 'Sobok' in Jangdong, Gwangju

â²Opening hours: 11:30 â 21:00, B/T 15:00 â 16:30
â²Price: Butadong 10,000 won, Sake-dong 11,000 won
â²Review (I was able to park my car at ACC): I visited the ACC parking lot because I was able to park my car. I ordered butadong and majemen~ Butadong had soft-boiled eggs, shishito pepper, ginger, wasabi, and green onions, and it was delicious because it was fragrant and had just the right amount of flavor~ Majemen had a relatively weak impact, but it was still a hearty meal.

â²Price: Oregrasse 6,000 won, tiramisu 5,000 won
â²Review (Nicole Kiegdman, the god of food): I visited by chance because it was on the main road of Hwangli Dan-gil. It felt like a vintage signboard. The interior was also simple and moody~~ I ordered American yellow and oreglase. It's nice to be able to choose beans, but it was nice to be able to feel the fresh acidity of Ethiopia.

â²Location: 133-3 Guyeong 6-gil, Gunsan, Jeonbuk
â²Opening hours: 18:00 â 02:00 every day, closed on Mondays
â²Price: Seasonal sashimi Moriawase 32,000 won, abalone pasta 17,000 won
â²Review (HyosuBee): I think Gunsan is a popular place these days. An izakaya specialty store with a nice atmosphere. It's a wooden structure, so the interior is cozy and the ceilings are high, which is very nice. The menu is great too. Sashimi Moriawase is like assorted sashimi, but the fish is always fresh and the quality is really good. The handon samgyeopsal is well-seasoned and mixed with strawberries, and I enjoyed it deliciously because it went better with it than I expected.

â²Location: 45 Dongcheon-ro, Busanjin-gu, Busan
â²Business hours: 12:00 â 21:30 every day
â²Price: Hong Kong-style steamed milk tea 5,500 won, Macauan-style 1000-ply egg tart 3,000 won
â²Review (if you can't see the shikigin for 1 second): A cafe opened by the owner of Lalaguan, a marathang restaurant! The store is so beautiful! It's a feeling I've never seen in Busan, so it's even better! Two cups of milk tea, Dong Yun-young, and even egg tarts… I ordered a lot, haha, it wasn't very sweet, so it was perfect to eat with a soft egg tart! Please note that iced milk tea has a higher sweetness!
