âDear Beansâ boasts a spacious two-story space. They offer a menu of desserts and drinks that vary from season to season, starting with coffee made with specialty beans. In spring, the combination of âmugwort scone,â which contains the fragrance of mugwort, and âraspberry soda,â which has an attractive tangy freshness, is popular. âEgg buns,â which are minced eggs mixed in between mayonnaise and mustard, are also a favorite meal replacement.

âKatsu Seongsuâ deep-fried pork cutlets are made from pork that has been aged at a low temperature to make use of its tender meat. The signature menu is âSangrokatsu Teishoku,â which uses only a small amount of shirloin (gavrisal) that comes out of the sirloin. The combination of crispy batter, moist meat, and chewy fat provides a rich texture. 'Seoul Forest Chamanda' is a place where you can enjoy a meal while taking in a beautiful panoramic view of Seoul Forest. A variety of British home-cooked meals prepared by chefs from Michelin restaurants in England are prepared. The signature menu, âBeef Wellington,â is made by wrapping a whole beef tenderloin in a pastry dough, grilling it, and served with sauce and vegetables. The dough adds a crunchy texture and savory flavor to the meat, which is full of meat flavor.

âPludyâ is a place that is popular on social media because of its colorful desserts. The signature menu is âttal gi-ttal gi,â which draws attention with the visual appearance of tightly attached strawberries cut into a round shape. The fluffy coconut dacquoise and sweet vanilla bean cream go harmoniously with fresh strawberries. âLavender,â which captures the fresh flavor of lavender with cream and ice cream, is also popular.

âComrealâ is a small wine bar newly opened in February of this year. The signature menu, âPorcini Chicken Thigh Steak,â is topped with a deep-fried chicken thigh on top of a sauce containing the rich flavor of porcini. The sauce penetrates deep into the chicken thighs, which are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, adding umami. Alcoholic beverages are prepared from wine (red, white, rose, sparkling) and vodka.
