Among premium bakery cafes, “Artisée†is known as a dessert artisan. It captivates the palate with its colorful visuals and sweet desserts, and takes a large share of my bank account. This time, too, I unmistakably went shopping for sweets and discovered a new summer drink menu! Thanks to coffee, I couldn't help but be curious and tried all the menus myself.
Artisé is introducing <ì—ìŠ¤í”„ë ˆì†Œ 프ë¼íŽ˜ 시리즈> 3 new drinks made from specialty coffee! As a coffee lover, it was a bit disappointing that no matter where I went in the summer, only fruit juice was served as a new menu, but I was so welcomed with open arms when such a cool drink using real espresso came out!
A gorgeous dessert that dazzles your eyes as soon as you enter… I originally thought I'd only eat a drink… it's unacceptable to go to an Artisée and not have dessert! I wanted to eat everything carefully, so I ordered a dessert as well.
Once I had one drink and meal per person, I decided to order only 2 desserts as a matter of conscience. But the catch is that the drink was made in a big size… hehe
Honestly, if you order a small drink in the summer and get thirsty and drink it wobble, it's a pity that there aren't many left…? hehe
There are three types: caramel frappe, espresso frappe, and valrhona Java chip frappe, and I was able to order them one by one without overlapping because the tastes of the group that went together were all different.
Caramel frappe

As soon as it came out, the caramel frappe seduced me with its sweet caramel scent! Combining the unique bitterness of espresso with the sweet flavor of caramel, it's an addictive flavor that makes you keep getting your hands on. As soon as I took a bite, the sweet flavor spread intensely, and I was able to enjoy a pleasant sugar charge.
Valrhona Java chip frappe

As you can see in the picture, the chocolate chips are chewy and enhance the texture. Although it's a chocolate drink, I felt a luxurious sweetness using Valrone, chocolate chips, and espresso. After eating a chocolate drink in the summer, I drank a lot of water because it was thick, and I was impressed by the refreshing finish.
Espresso frappe

I think it's like enjoying latte in an even cooler way! I felt the aromatic flavor and flavor of espresso the best. After melting in my mouth, I felt a pleasant reverberation of the coffee lingering softly. Among the new menus, it has the least sweetness, so you can eat it casually.

Also, along with the Artisée mask Earl Grey chiffon cake, the most popular chocolate chiffon! The combination of a fluffy yet moist cake sheet and soft cream… I don't know… honestly, one cake per person is possible.. (It was delicious, so I packed 1 more when I went home… hehe)
Earl Grey pound cake

Everyone in the know knows Artis's hidden menu, Earl Grey Pound Cake! Every time I take a bite, I feel like my mouth is filled with the pleasant scent of Earl Grey! It has a chewy texture, so it's a good substitute for a meal when eaten with milk.
The new frappe from Artisée features a refreshing taste even after eating it all! If you like cool coffee drinks in these days when thirst is burning, I think it would be a good idea to try them one by one according to your taste.
