â²Review (Shikigami GD & Taeyang): A soba restaurant that is good to eat often in summer. Even though it's a great flavor, it's a summer delicacy that combines a hearty portion with a refreshing flavor! The noodles are chewy and the broth is deep. Originally, the basic flavor was the most difficult ^^ There's quite a bit of weighting~ Please note that

Hehe, the broth was made with a lot of effort, but it's deep and light without being salty. I think the bean noodles eaten on soba noodles are also delicious.

â²Review (The national form of food delivery): One of the best soba restaurants in Seoul. It's famous along with Mijin and Yurim, and it's a restaurant with lots of queues in the summer. The chewy noodles made by hand are excellent, and the tsuyu is full of umami. The amount is also quite substantial. Closed on rainy Sundays.

â²Testimonial (shikigin garter belt tattoo): I went to Pohang and searched for it~ Even though the wait was quite long, it was cotton, so it fell out quickly! I ordered regular soba and kake soba and ate them. The noodles were full of elasticity and the broth was just right, so I thought I'd order a small portion.. Note that kake soba has a sweeter broth than soba.

â²Location: 2477, Yangsan-daero, Habuk-myeon, Yangsan, Gyeongnam
â²Opening hours: 11:00 every day â closed on Tuesdays when materials are exhausted
â²Price: Buckwheat soba+dumplings (3 pieces) 10,500 won, soba 7,000 won
â²Review (Shikigami's phone stopped): This is a real gourmet restaurant.. If you run out of materials, you close the door, but usually just leave it and it's over, right? It was nice that the cotton was soft and strangely didn't swell. The pheasant dumplings were also quite juicy and the side was nice.
