I've known that I've been in the soba business since I was a grandmother. The main menu is soba, but Bossam is also quite tasty. I ate cold soba and pan-soba, but it was nice that it wasn't irritating and above all, it wasn't too sweet. It was nice that the kimchi side dish was also cool.

It was nice that the noodles in the soba were cut smoothly. ▲Testimonial (eating squid): I think Myeongdong soba is the most delicious in Gunsan. There's usually a lot of waiting, but it's a bit quiet these days because the season is right. The whole broth full of ice comes out, so you can enjoy it to your heart's content. Two plates are served per person, and although the amount is not large, they are moderately elastic and chewy… I also eat a lot of broth because of its rich flavor. Once I tried it here, I wouldn't eat it anywhere else because it didn't taste good..

▲Review (Shikigami's phone stopped): This is a real restaurant.. If you run out of materials, you close the door, but usually just leave it and it's over, right? It was nice that the cotton was soft and strangely didn't swell. The pheasant dumplings were also quite juicy and the side was nice.
