'Ches Alex' combines a restaurant, wine bar, and bakery. A two-story house with a large lawn was renovated and transformed into a restaurant with a terrace. The signature menu, 'Jeju Black Pork Tomahawk', serves pork ribs with ribs that are smoked over a long period of time. It was smoked with various herbs to remove the impurities unique to pork and make use of its rich smoky aroma. Visual performances, such as showing a whole, browned steak and then cutting it into pieces that are easy to eat, add to the pleasure of the meal. The combination of the contrasting texture of the juicy, moist meat and the crunchy skin stands out. You can also enjoy a richer gourmet meal with a fresh romaine salad served as a garnish and finely crushed mashed potatoes.

“Pound Local” is a brunch cafe during the day and operates directly where you can drink cocktails and wine in the evening. The terrace, which is filled with fresh green plants and gives a cool feeling just by looking at it, makes you feel like you are in a garden. The signature menu is “Black Chicken Bao Bun,” which is a spicy mayo sauce with bao bun, chicken thighs deep-fried in squid ink batter, coleslaw, and cilantro piled one after the other. â–²Review (Shikigin Huscolmi 010): The terrace seats are always full, so I think I'll have to make a reservation. For me, the black chicken baoban was the most delicious. I liked the texture of Bao Bun, which was softer and more moist than a regular burger. The spicy mayo sauce is a special point! There's also the editorial shop Chapter One on the 2nd floor, so it's fun to look around while you wait for the food.

â–²Review (KakaoChoco Shikigin): There's such a beautiful garden terrace right in the middle of Seoul! The curved exterior of the building is also nice, and the garden terrace has a European feel! I ordered a 3-tier platter for brunch, and it was very hearty and really delicious~ It was a fusion dish, so it was fun to look for familiar flavors!

“Rijadang Dosan Branch” is a restaurant newly opened by the flower shop “Rijadang Flower.” When you go out to the terrace seat on the 3rd floor, the trees planted densely along the edge create a fresh atmosphere. A terrace with a fresh sensibility was completed by filling the space with white awnings, marble tables, and rattan chairs. The signature dish is “truffle cream gnocchi,” made by putting baked gnocchi on a cream sauce flavored with pecorino cheese and topped with sliced truffles. The best menu item is a truffle cream gnocchi that looks like a scallop. Soft and chewy gnocchi, cheese cream sauce, and truffles go great together! There's also a flower shop inside the store, so I think it would be great to visit for anniversaries and special occasions. The fresh flowers and the light are great, and there are plenty of photo zones!
