korean food / seoul / 5 places to relax and enjoy afternoon tea – 2670

“Afternoon tea” comes from Anna Maria, the 7th Duchess of the Bedford family, having tea time with simple refreshments between lunch and dinner to quench her hunger. Afternoon tea was a social event enjoyed by British aristocrats in the past, but it naturally spread around the world over time. In modern times, you can easily find them in high-end restaurants, hotel lounges, and dessert cafes. Afternoon tea sets usually include sandwiches, scones, macaroons, and cakes in a 3-tier tray and are served with black tea. Let's get away from our tiring days while enjoying a sweet dessert time in a relaxing time. Here are 5 of the best afternoon tea set restaurants full of fragrant tea and sweet desserts.
