I ordered Jangkal noodles because I thought I must try Jangkal noodles when I come to Gangneung. Unlike red soup, it's not too spicy and has a cool flavor! The savory soup was amazing!! Even though I didn't drink alcohol, I felt relaxed. Hehe, the noodles were thin and chewy, and had a chewy taste.

âYeonggwang Jeong Sobaâ started when a founder from Hamheung sold soba noodles he used to eat in his hometown. It is now in its third generation and has maintained its reputation for a long time. âSadonjipâ is a mulgomguk soup specialty store that has been in business for about 26 years by the owner who was taught the recipe by his parents. Side dishes that enhance the taste, such as simmered mackerel, stewed potatoes, and cucumber sauce, fill the dish first. The signature menu is âmugomguk soup,â where vegetables such as green onions and onions are simmered in a broth mixed with red pepper powder, and fresh moray mackerel caught in the sea of Sokcho, and served to customers.
