korean food / seoul / 5 best sambap restaurants that fill your mouth – 2692

“Sambap” is made by putting rice wrapped in vegetables such as lettuce and Chinese cabbage. Since vegetables can be eaten raw, loss of nutrients that occur during cooking or grilling can be reduced. Since the freshness of vegetables served as wrapped vegetables is vital, you can fully enjoy the fresh taste of vegetables. You can find a variety of vegetables, such as sesame leaves with a pleasant flavor that enhances the taste buds, bok choy, which has an attractive crunchy texture, and lettuce, which has a refreshing bittersweet flavor. It's also fun to put rice on fresh wrapped vegetables and then add hearty food such as sweet and spicy stir-fried pork, savory pork belly, and savory ginger miso. Here are 5 of the best sambap restaurants that will fill your mouth.
