korean food / seoul / 5 best cold noodle restaurants that will blow away the heat – 2709

No matter how many steps you take, you'll be sweaty in the summer of August. Hot air and damp moisture surround the whole body and make the body and mind tired. In this kind of weather, I'm always looking for cool food that can deliver cold air to the bone. Noodle dishes that combine chilled soup with chewy noodles are perfect for a light yet hearty meal. The broth, which is covered with ice, cools the heart to the heart. To this, noodles made from various ingredients and shapes such as kishimen noodles, soba noodles, udon noodles, and somen are added to add richness of flavor and texture. Here are 5 of the best cold noodle restaurants that will blow away the heat.

Finely grate the frostbite, put plenty of noodles in a slightly greenish broth, and serve with a cucumber garnish. The chewy noodles are wrapped in a thick layer of soybean water, giving them a rich savory flavor.
