The buttercup samgyeopsal here is really delicious~ If you want to add buttercup at other places, you have to pay an extra fee, but you can't lose at Daeji Restaurant because of the fact that they kindly have unlimited refills~ If you eat pork ribs grilled in savory oil with pork ribs, your mouth will fill your mouth with fragrance.

â²Price: Assorted plate 53,000 won, grilled beef offal 21,000 won
â²Testimonial (Shun Shikigami): If you make a platter, giblets, daikon, and makchang come out on a hot cast iron plate. With the exception of makchang, they say they use Korean beef for all the rest of the ingredients! When I stir-fried the leek and bean sprouts that come as side dishes and eat them together, they taste like honey. Overall, I didn't feel any smell, and they were chewy, so I ate them deliciously.

â²Testimonial (I need to get out of work): Jangkal noodles eaten in a nostalgic atmosphere like an old country house! I'm constantly reminded of the cool gochujang soup and the chewy noodles. It's sprinkled with plenty of seaweed powder and sesame seeds, so it also has a savory flavor! The soup also contains potatoes and eggs, so it's thick, so you feel full after eating it!

â²Testimonial (Chef Shikshin Yamae): It was a place I stumbled upon during a trip to Yeosu, but it was also a place I visited during Vanyoung Mann's White Rice Trip. From hearty side dishes to gourmet certification! I ate it with three parts of seafood~ The grill was filled with pork belly, squid, scallops, abalone, fresh kimchi, shiitake mushrooms, and green onions. The seafood contains fresh kimchi sauce and pork belly oil, so you can enjoy an even more savory flavor. The combination of scallops, pork ribs, and fresh kimchi is especially great!

â²Location: 31-1, Jung-dong 1-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan
â²Opening hours: 11:30 â 21:00 every day, closed on Mondays
â²Price: Soy sauce 7,500 won, kanpunggi 31,000 won
â²Review (Shikigami epi1122): I went there because it was the oldest restaurant in Haeundae. When soy sauce is added, edamame and fried egg are placed on top of the noodles, and the rich style of soy sauce is served separately. If you pour soy sauce over the noodles and mix it evenly, the jajang sauce will soak into the noodles. I ate jajangmyeon with the flavor of eating onions, but I ate all the sauce because the sweet flavor and chewy texture of the onion were still there. I also liked the elastic texture of the noodles!
