“London Bagel Museum” is a bagel specialty store newly opened by the owners of “Cafe High West” and “Cafe Layered,” which are popular bakery cafes. The signature menu is “Jambon Butter Sandwich,” which is made by putting butter and ham between sesame bagels. The combination of salty ham and savory butter in a chewy bagel brings an addictive sweet and salty flavor.

“Dalmatian” has an arched entrance, a spacious terrace, and a store renovated from a house, where you can feel the atmosphere of Europe. The signature menu, “Crunchy French Toast & Vanilla Bean Glaze,” placed berry jam and seasonal fruit on top of French toast baked with coconut powder. Berry jam adds a refreshing yet sweet flavor to the crispy toast made with coconut powder.

The interior painted white, from the exterior to the walls, ceilings, window frames, and doors, has a clean and modern feel. The signature menu is “brunch,” which is filled with German-style smoked sausage, baguette, coleslaw, arugula, and grilled vegetables on a round plate. It's fun to eat a combination of light baguette, chewy sausage, and crunchy vegetables as you like.

“Butterhouse” is decorated from the 1st floor to the 4th floor based on the concept of a house, including a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and garden. They offer homemade butter and biscuits such as mentaiko, lemon mint, and matcha tea. The signature menu, “Plain Biscuits,” shows off its square, dainty visuals. The most popular butter is Fig Earl Grey. Fragrant Earl Grey and sweet figs maximize the savory flavor of the biscuits.

“Beyond Moon” means imagining the space beyond the door and hoping to come to the abstract world beyond the moon. The signature menu is “Well done toast,” made by paying homage to French toast as steak. Using aged dough, sweetness penetrates deep into the bread. French toast, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, gives a pleasant sweetness as soon as you put it in your mouth.
