When it comes to Haejang in Tongyeong, many people choose bok guk along with rockfish soup. Manseong Bok Jip, a fukguk specialty store located in Seoho Market, is famous for its freshly cooked pufferfish soup. On weekends when crowds are crowded, they only sell jolbok soup. A small pufferfish called “bok seom” is used, and in Namhae, this jolboktang is often eaten as a haejang soup. It contains plenty of well-groomed pufferfish, buttercups, and bean sprouts, and the refreshing flavor is excellent. While enjoying the clear soup, you can also add minced seasoning to make it spicy and eat it.
