Nowadays, when the sun is getting longer and the flickering air is surprisingly warm, spring flowers are in full bloom and the city is constantly changing to the soft colors of flowers. The fine dining restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious food together in a romantic atmosphere, is a space that resembles spring, the season of love.
Dishes made by combining cooking techniques that contemporaneously unravel according to the direction the chef pursues without being confined to the framework of Korean, French, Italian, and Japanese cuisine and fresh seasonal ingredients from Korea make you feel as if you were looking at a bowl of art. If you enjoy a pairing of wine, traditional sake, etc. along with a performance that adds fun to watching, you have enjoyed fine dining to the fullest.
Experience a spring-like fine dining restaurant amidst scattered petals before this season passes.

Dresden Green is named after the most outstanding green diamond. We offer diamond-like dishes using carefully selected ingredients. A place where the sunlight pouring in from the arched windows and the white-toned interior create a bright and elegant feeling. Watching them cook in the open kitchen is also fun. Chef Park Ga-ram, who graduated from the CIA in New York and gained experience at Choy Dot, stands out for his skill.

A new fine dining restaurant using Korean ingredients and unraveling traditional haute cuisine techniques. The sommelier team, including Chef Seo Hyun-min of Impression, joined forces. The table is arranged comfortably in a tone-down wood-toned atmosphere to help you focus entirely on cooking. For the spring season, we present dishes that make fun use of herbs such as spring clams, sedum, and morel. Like an EMP from New York, there's no shortage of impeccable duck dishes made with crispy skin.

A Korean-based contemporary dining restaurant located in Cheongdam Square. The formal yet sensuous interior and object arrangement with a black and white base are impressive. It's fun to see the various performances of the course meals created by Executive Chef Lee Seung-joon. I would like to say â10 Art Scoreâ signs for active dishes, from colorful edible flowers and fig leaves to make powder by pouring liquefied nitrogen into powder, or desserts that depict misty mountains and valleys. At the end of the course, white rice with side dishes such as fresh kimchi and salted fish is prepared as a Korean dining dish.

Chef Jung Ha-wan's restaurant, who gained experience in a three-Michelin star restaurant in Germany. In addition to seasonal organic vegetables, fresh ingredients from production areas are used. From the blue domed exterior decoration, which reminds me of Greece, I can foresee that seafood cuisine will be amazing. You can enjoy dishes that are not easy to experience in other places with wine, such as the signature dish âMu Carpacho,â which looks like a single rose flower with ready dish and muro, and âGangwon-do Pimoctopus,â which is served with fillfill sauce made from fish broth.

Chef Choi Byung-joon's Italian dining restaurant. They make authentic Italian pasta using raw noodles. All pasta is made by kneading every day using only organic wheat, semolas, and fresh eggs. Focaccia and ciabatta are made by fermenting organic wheat at low temperature and baked on the same day. âPoppo,â which has octopus that has been softly boiled and baked in an oven and topped with cauliflower puree, and âTrippa,â which is topped with beehives fried on tomato sauce and pecorino cheese are popular.
