A samgyetang specialty store that opened in 1983. Props and objects with traces of time are worthy of stimulating the retro sensibility of the lonely MZ generation. The signature is “Red Black Rice Samgyetang,” which is filled with dark brown rice and has the same color as red bean paste. When I eat the thick soup and soft-boiled chicken meat together, I feel full of energy. It is a soup flavor that focuses on the natural flavor of chicken without being strong, and can be eaten with seasoning by adding salt that is served separately. A chicken specialty store located close to Jonggak Station (Line 1). After passing through the simple entrance, you might be surprised to see customers filling up the store. While waiting for the chicken soaked in plenty of broth to cook, you can eat the soft mochi first, then dip the chicken in the seasoning sauce. It is a famous samgyetang specialty store in Mokdong that is always crowded with customers visiting in the summer. They sell mizutaki in the shape of a hot pot along with samgyetang, and it's a fun place to choose from. The signature menu, “Nurungji Samgyetang,” contains chicken and pieces of rice cake in a rich broth. The characteristic of savory rice cake is that it transforms into a chewy texture while containing soup. You can enjoy the spicy and sour lettuce toppings, Chinese cabbage kimchi, and pickled garlic and gochujang, which refreshingly wash your mouth in the middle.

A samgyetang specialty store located in Bukchon Hanok Village. The path leading to the store through the large, green courtyard is refreshing. The store is large, so it's a great place to visit as a group. The samgyetang, which appears warm in a boiling earthenware pot, is thoroughly cooked and the tender flesh is well separated to make it easy to eat. Chinese cabbage kimchi, kakuteki, and pickled garlic, which are served as side dishes, go well with samgyetang. “Ginseng tempura” is famous as a side dish, but if you enjoy it with honey, the bitterness will be neutralized, making it a great delicacy to enjoy.

The store is located along the boulevard between Gongneung Station and Taerung Station. There is weighting almost every day during peak hours. The large pot contains plenty of clear broth, and the tasty chicken is cut right at the table.
