Deok cuisine restaurant located not far from Gwanghwamun Station. Deok grown under contract from a farm in the middle of Mt. Hallasan in Jeju Island is brought in and used in cooking. The dak-galbi, which has been stripped of the bones and made to be easy to eat, is grilled directly over charcoal and eaten. If you order dudeok-yaki, you can roll it directly over the charcoal grill and grill it by lightly pounding the dudeok with a little spicy seasoning.
