A restaurant with over 30 years of experience in Apgujeong, thanks only to Beijing. Peking duck, where you catch a duck, blow air between the shells, apply sauce, and roast it for a long time is a high-class dish not commonly enjoyed. You can put millet, green onions, and a little bit of sauce into the duck meat that has been cooked to be light and moist, and wrap it. As a finishing touch, I recommend the lightly flavored noodles made with care.

A traditional chuertang restaurant that opened in 1932. Two types of chuertang are prepared according to loach care. “Seoul-style chuertang” is a soup made by putting 10 ingredients, such as mushrooms and vegetables, on loaches and simmered in a cool way, and “Namdo-style chuertang” is a soup made by adding softly boiled and ground loaches and beef to a savory and light broth. The savory tempura is a delicacy, so it’s a good idea to serve it with chuertang.

This specialty restaurant specializes in deep-simmered pork bone broth with plenty of ham and sausage. The broth made from Korean beef bones has an excellent deep flavor. They also have a “steak” that any restaurant that sells songtan-style budae jjjigae should have. The steak here is eaten with Australian wagyu beef, ham, sausage, bacon, and vegetables on an iron plate and grilled in butter.

Ocheomji is famous as a yakiniku restaurant. It is located right near Shillim Station and has good access to public transportation. Place the parsley on an iron plate and fry the squid, octopus, and pork belly marinated in spicy sauce. If you cook the buttercup for about 3 to 5 minutes and then mix it well with yakiniku, you will gradually die out of breath, and the fragrant scent will bloom around the tip of your nose. After you’ve enjoyed your meal, don’t miss the fried rice with savory perilla oil and rice.

This place is famous for “steamed monkfish,” which is stir-fried with plenty of tangy monkfish meat and crunchy bean sprouts in a spicy and rich sauce. You can bring in fresh monkfish and enjoy it as a meat or geography. “Seafood soup” contains plenty of seafood, such as blue crab, abalone, roe, konji, squid, and octopus, and the umami that comes up as it is cooked is amazing. The store has 1 and 2 floors, is spacious and comfortable, and can also accommodate groups, so it’s a good idea to note.
