The signature menu is jujube Korean beef and cheonggukjang. Using domestic Korean beef for at least 2 hours, it has a soft texture similar to that of 2 hours, and you can enjoy it deliciously by adding jujube to soak in the subtle aroma and sweetness of the meat. A place famous for sundae gukbap in Gumi. In addition to the restaurant, the parking area is large, so you can eat comfortably. Customers can order any gukbap they like by separating the rice into a separate gukbap served with the soup. After 18 hours of cooking, the oil is removed and plenty of homemade sundae made with care is added to the broth, which has an excellent flavor of the soup. The homemade kakuteki is sweet and crunchy, making it a regular dish with a flavor that goes well with sundae gukbap.

Gumi's offal hot pot restaurant is famous for its sharp soup flavor that brings out soba. Fresh offal slaughtered on the same day is cleaned and marinated in sauce for use. If you order a hot pot, they'll bring you a plate of kimchi, but the point is to cut the kimchi and cook it while the giblets are cooking. The sour flavor of ripe kimchi soaks into the giblets, removing the unique smell and adding a fresh acidity. After enjoying the giblets and vegetables while simmering on the table, be sure to fry the fried rice with the leftover seasoning. They have branches all over the country, so it's a good idea to meet them nearby.

A pufferfish specialty store located in downtown Yecheon, a traditional restaurant that has been selling pufferfish dishes for two generations. âBok bulgogi,â which was first introduced here, is a method of putting pufferfish meat that has been aged for one day on a hot pot, grilling it, pouring light broth on the edge, boiling vegetables, and eating it like shabu-shabu. If you eat crunchy buttercup and pufferfish lightly dipped in soy sauce, you'll be amazed at how well they go together. The broth slowly simmered with 10 ingredients has a refreshing flavor that relaxes the stomach when it meets pufferfish.

Marinated Korean beef and handon are popular as homemade condiments made by grinding vegetables and fruits grown by oneself. âHandon handmade ribsâ are made using only pure pork ribs that are made by hand and are not mixed with batteries, and have an excellent chewy texture and flavor.
