“Happy Bear Day” is a bakery dessert cafe famous for its colorful lettering cake and cute bear cookies. The interior, which fits the theme of “fairy tales,” is as if a cute bear has entered a world other than the real world. Every corner of the cafe is a photo zone. You can choose from a variety of matcha, chocolate, oreo, red velvet, and yellow cheese to eat, which are so cute that you're sorry to eat them. You can also pre-order the pretty cake, which looks like it has been painted with paint. If you think of it as a colorful dessert, you're mistaken. I'm sorry that it tastes so good, but I can't help but take a bite.

“Kama Seoul” is named after the Japanese style kamameshi and the Korean word “kiln.” It's a fusion Japanese restaurant that sells a variety of Japanese-style kamameshi (kamameshi) using Korean ingredients based on Japanese kamameshi. Kamameshi is the base, but Kuma-chan Hot Spring Shabu-shabu is one of the most popular dishes. A giant gummy bear-shaped bear made from a broth full of collagen is sitting in a pot enjoying a hot spring with a radish on its head instead of a towel. A white bear appears in Shiro, a red bear in Mara, and a brown bear appear in Sukiyaki, but they sacrifice one of their own bodies (?) If you do that, it will gladly become a tasty broth. If you put fresh meat and vegetables in a broth that is as tasty as its cute shape, it's perfect for a healthy meal.

“Durest” by Sharosu-gil wants to deliver delicious sweets and a relaxing break. With that feeling in mind, all of the bears at Cognitive Durest are taking a relaxing break. Bear sweets include cake, croffles, and shaved ice, and the signature dessert of Durest is the bear cake that sleeps on a crispy pie. Depending on the flavor, the bear cake comes in a variety of flavors: blueberry (blue), raspberry (pink), apple (mint color), cherry chocolate (brown), and strawberry (white), and is served on a plate with seasonal fruit. The inside of the bear is filled with fresh cream, vanilla sheets, and fillings. Another bear dessert, croffle and shaved ice cream, is topped with exquisite bear-shaped ice cream that makes you feel like you can touch the fluffy fur. You can choose between vanilla and chocolate ice cream.

“Yeon Tavern” is an izakaya at the entrance of Hongdae where cute bears melt the hearts of lovers with ice cream. The tavern is famous for its sujitang, but their signature is the pink bear ice cream that comes with a highball or sotonic (soju+tonic water). The faint pink bear, which is colored with food coloring, seems to have a sweet flavor, but it doesn't have any flavor. There's nothing to envy if you have a cup of sotonic with plenty of suji and soft arongsashi that has been boiled for a long time and a cute bear without ice fondant. Ice bears are constantly being refilled, so why not have a fun time with a cute bear?

Hot pot is a Chinese-style shabu-shabu dish of thinly sliced lamb, beef, seafood, and vegetables cooked slightly in broth and eaten as a dipping sauce. The hot pot in “Hot Pot Ga” was reinterpreted to suit Korean tastes based on chili oil and broth that the owner learned firsthand in China. The signature menu is a hot pot set that includes white soup and red hot water. There doesn't seem to be anything cute on the menu, but a cute bear appears here. The chili oil that goes right into the red bath looks like a bear. When white broth is poured into the red pepper oil that appeared as a red bear, the bear, which was half-hearted at first, gradually melts and lies back and backwards. If it melts so you can't see the bear that was beating, you can eat it with a variety of prepared vegetables and meat. This red bear is the core of the flavor of the red soup stock, so if it's a pity for a tasty red soup, I have no choice but to say goodbye to the bear.
