Budae jjjigae specialty store in Suwon that has been in business since 1980. The clear broth on a shallow pot that looks like a pot lid turned upside down contains plenty of sardines such as ham, tofu, mochi, kimchi, vermicelli, etc., and the generous handful of minced garlic placed on top is impressive. The garlic flavor soaks into the soup and enhances the flavor of the soup while being sweet. The soup made by mixing the ingredients together is mild yet well-balanced.
