Chef Cheon Kwan-woong of Koshun, famous for his omakase chicken dish in Apgujeong, is a yakitori restaurant. Chickens grilled on oak trees in the crater next to the entrance are nostalgic. Grilled chicken with mushrooms is devoid of fat, and the flavor of light meat is rich in the aroma of oak wood. The rich red rice is also savory and light. Chicken dung house tempura, which is often deep-fried with sliced green onions mixed with chicken poop, is also a delicacy. The fragrant scent of green onions captures the feeling of tempura. I definitely recommend trying Makguksu, which is made from homemade noodles.

▲Review (Shikigami Sonhatsu ♡): Keiryukan is Chef Ten-Kwan-woong's new restaurant, Yakitori Koshun. Chickens sizzling with oak trees are eye-catching. Other than the crispy grilled chicken on the outside, there are quite a few fusion dishes unique to this place. The chicken platter was made with fresh chicken, so it was so moist and delicious.

A place that reinterprets wood-grilled chicken to create a hip hot flow. The wood-burning oven in front of the store that goes round and round is familiar, but the result on the table is surprisingly modern. This restaurant is so famous that its name comes up first when it comes to yakitori in Seoul. It's not easy to pass by this place just because of the constant grilling of yakitori on a briquette fire outside the store and the savory smell. Finish off the well-cooked skewers, which are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with a slightly spicy sauce. It's perfectly baked, so you can feel the chewiness. This yakitori restaurant has a comical signboard and menu with a retro B-grade sensibility, but the flavor of the food is extraordinary. This is the second branch of “Atari,” a yakitori yakitori omakase in Seongsu-dong. Along with yakitori using various parts of the chicken, such as thigh, fascia, saliva, sand, cartilage, skin, and tail, there are light side dishes that go well with alcoholic beverages. The skewers, which are cooked right away with skill, have a smoky flavor and a delicious, juicy texture. Seong Si Kyung's Restaurant recently appeared on YouTube and made it even more difficult to make a reservation, but it's a must-see place.
