Itaewon Restaurants – Sinbad Kitchen : Healthy and Delicious Halal Food
Another fun day has begun. Are you all having fun starting the day with the spring breeze ?
Today, I'd like to introduce a healthy and tasty halal food specialty store located in Itaewon.
After seeing a few times in my neighbors' posts, I was really curious about what kind of halal food it was.
I visited Itaewon after a long outing.
It's the first food I've ever tried, so I was half excited and half worried about what it would be like.
The monster and I both came here after a satisfying meal .
If you are looking for tasty and healthy food, I would recommend Itaewon Gourmet Sinbad Kitchen .
This is the exterior. It's located right in front of Itaewon Station Exit 3 , and it's on the 3rd floor .
Parking is not possible, so I think you'll have to use a nearby paid parking lot.
There's no elevator, so it's a bit uncomfortable, but it's still on the 3rd floor, so I'll go up as an exercise .
When the pregnant woman with a tummy came in a daze, The Royal Arabian Cuisine popped right in front of her eyes. Hoo ..
It's internal. A large store stands out, and there is a large hall on one side,
There was a space on one side where you could smoke hookah.
Overall, there was a hideous atmosphere, and I was amazed at first when I went in.
The servers are also local, and I feel like I'm in a foreign country… Haha
, but the boss took a seat pretending not to be embarrassed from Korea.
This is a menu. They have prepared a variety of dishes, from appetizers to grilled dishes, pasta dishes, and rice.
Since it was my first visit , I wasn't sure , so I ordered the menu that said âbestâ first.
Sinbad Mezza Combo (15,000 won )
This is the Sinbad mezza combo that I ordered as an appetizer. It comes with 3 types of dipping and lavash, a bakery bread .
After the monster tried hummus once, I ordered it because I was completely addicted to it, so I ordered it.
It's a better menu because you can enjoy 3 things at the same time instead of just one.
From the right, a yogurt called moutabal plus eggplant-based dipping, and babaganosh with minced vegetables in the middle, the
leftmost side is made of chickpeas This is hummus. Even just looking at the ingredients makes you feel really healthy, right?
If you order a combo, Arabian bread (?) The same lavash comes together.
You can eat this bread, which is baked right in the oven, with the dipping above.
If you eat it as soon as it comes out, it's really hot; the point is to tear it slightly and let the inside get hot energy. LOL
Of the 3 dippings, I only tried hummus , and all 3 were really delicious.
In particular, the homemade yogurt and grilled eggplant dipping called Moutabal was a perfect style,
It also has a slightly sour cream-like feel, and the savory flavor that spreads softly while being fresh is good,
The babaganosh with chopped grilled vegetables is also absolutely perfect .
Next time I'll have to order one of these appetizers and eat them …
Couscous (24,000 won )
Couscous is said to be a dish made by steaming meat and vegetables in an orthodox way over 3 times.
I've heard the name a lot, but I've never eaten it before, so I ordered this menu .
You can choose between lamb ribs, beef ribs, and vegetables, but I ordered beef ribs.
If you just look similar, it's like vegetable stew or pasta…
It contains a very large amount of eggplant , potatoes, and carrots, and there are chickpeas in the middle. It also contains beef ribs .
The vegetables are cooked very smoothly after being steamed 3 times. I really like the subtle sweetness of the vegetables.
This is the couscous you see below. It's slightly smaller than a grain of rice, but they say it's made from wheat .
I think it's like a very, very small short pasta. It's fun to be chewy and crunchy in the mouth.
Couscous is a Moroccan food, and they say it's popular as a diet food in France and the US.
If you eat it with a basic tomato-based sauce, it's a flavor that goes well with
Korean people. Something familiar, but a healthier feeling?
These ripe vegetables are really the best
Assorted barbecue (29,500 won )
No matter how healthy the food is, it would be a pity if you didn't eat meat, so I ordered a barbecue platter.
A mixed grill consisting of lamb ribs , beef, chicken, salad, and potatoes.
The yogurt sauce and chili sauce came together, so you could eat them as a side dish .
Lamb ribs, chicken, and beef balls on the front plate? I decided to bring them one by one and inhale them .
Overall , the grill menu has a faint scent that is sprinkled with spices, but it was nice that it wasn't objectionable, and I personally love the
lamb ribs I liked it, so it was really tasty and I ate it well .
For my personal taste, the order of lamb ribs > chicken > beef fits my taste .
While eating on the grill, the boss told me that it would be more delicious when eaten with lavash, so I added lavash bread
(it was baked right away when I ordered it The shapes are different, and this time it's very bulging, so it definitely looks like a pufferfish… lol )
It's really delicious to put the meat in this way and eat it with the vegetables and sauce that comes with it.
It was definitely like an open sandwich, and it was definitely served with vegetables, so the fresh and light flavor was great, and it went great with lavash. .
I must try it like this next time.
No matter who looked at her stomach, a pregnant woman who was full term came and was eating very hard, but the boss felt sorry (?) Black tea and Turkish Delight
that I was told to taste as a sweet dessert, as I saw it .
Personally, I really like black tea, but I can't drink much because of the caffeine; I only drink half a cup.
Finished with a sweet dessert that made my head twinkle.
It's a dessert that goes really well with black tea, but personally, it's very, very sweet. Very sweet, sweet, completely sweet .
Sinbad Kitchen is a delicious and healthy halal food specialty store located in Itaewon.
It was my first visit, and I came here after a pretty satisfying meal.
Actually, I have to call this a food from the 3rd world… After all, it's a food I haven't come across very often, but I think it's a completely casual flavor for
Korean people to eat.
It's a place full of health, not only the cooking method, but also the taste .
In particular, the couscous fits my mouth quite well, so I'll try it as a vegetable next time . I really liked the rich flavor of the vegetables.
If you are tired of the usual restaurant menu, I think it would be a good idea to try it at least once. 😀
Couscous again !
