Bukchon Kimchi-jae
@ Anguk Station Gourmet Bukchon Kimchijae
Bukchon Kimchi Jae, a restaurant at Anguk Station that I visited in
April when the lilacs were blooming
It's located in an alley, so be sure to find it carefully.
After entering the alley and walking a few steps, you'll see a sign for
Bukchon Kimchijae .
Jellyfish and raw meat specialty store🙂
There are times when I
'm really hungry for this kind of food, but the
menu I suddenly stopped by this place this day because I was in a hurry was steamed ribs There is kimchi stew, steamed mackerel
, steamed skewers, raw pork belly, stir-fried chicken soup
. They all looked delicious , but I ordered the first steamed ribs
with jelly.
It was a vague lunchtime
There were quite a lot of people .
It was a restaurant for young and old alike. There was also a girl next to me who looked like a
middle school student .
The basic side dishes were also delicious .
I just tried the kimchi, and I felt like I was
looking forward to steamed pork ribs. If you try a side dish, you can
roughly determine whether this restaurant is a gourmet restaurant or not
hehe
I
also ordered steamed ribs with marinated pork ribs and a cheese omelette that you'd be afraid to eat without.
Bukchon Kimchi Jae Jelly Steamed Ribs, 2 Servings /18,000
Steamed spareribs with jelly that look delicious just by looking at them
The tender steamed ribs are really honey-flavored
If you put jelly on top of it like this and
eat it, it's really delicious.
Cheese omelette /12,000
jumbo size cheese omelette I would have
really regretted not ordering
The cheese also stretches moderately well!
If you dip ketchup
crazy …
The bath was so delicious .
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
The fantastic chemistry of jelly and steamed ribs is a
real rice thief!
Although it's jelly, it tastes like honey even if you wrap it in rice and eat it separately
If you add broth as a finishing touch, add
ramen sari fondant, and eat
Finish a proper
meal.. I want to eat it again.. Recognized as a restaurant at Anguk Station
