'Salotto Sangsu', a gourmet restaurant in Sangsu-dong


On the first Friday of November, I went to Italian restaurant Salotto Sansu in Sangsu-dong with my manager at Bakkaze and Lage.

A restaurant where they say they want to create a relaxed atmosphere to eat in the small living room (Salotto) of a friend's house they were invited to.

It is said that the owner-chef graduated from CAPAC, a culinary school in Milan, studied wine, and is qualified as an Italian certified sommelier.
