If you are preparing for a cold winter trip, how about a trip to Busan? Busan has a variety of food, attractions, and warm weather for winter, and the Sunlight Festival, a representative winter festival, is held in Busan, where you can enjoy tens of thousands of lights embroidered the beautiful night sea. If you plan to travel to Busan in winter, I introduce five Busan restaurants that must be added to the Mukkit List.
1. Busan Travel Essential Course Daeyeon-dong “쌍둥이돼지국밥 본점“

The “Twin Pork and Rice Soup Main Store” in Daeyeon-dong, Busan, with a light and clean taste. It was selected as the taste of Busan in 2022 and has become an essential course for Busan travel. The popular menu of this restaurant is boiled pork and rice. It is a menu where you can eat boiled pork made of domestic pork and basic rice soup together, and the soft boiled pork is excellent. The basic rice soup with noodles and pork is light and clean, not fishy and has no smell. You can add chives served as side dishes.

2. Dongnae “동래할매파전”, a consistent taste that descends from four generations

Dongnae ‘Dongnae Halmae Pajeon’, a delicious combination of seafood and green onions. Although it is not a crispy pajeon, Dongnae pajeon, which has a thick and soft texture, is full of Dongnae pajeon’s unique charm that cannot be felt anywhere else. The generous seafood, which is between the neatly placed green onions, may feel greasy with a moist texture, but the clean taste of the red pepper paste with it catches the greasiness. Dongnae Pajeon, which is kneaded with soy sauce, adds a subtle scent of soy sauce to enhance the flavor.

3. Yang Gopchang’s New World Daeshin-dong “옛날오막집”

Opened in 1958, the traditional taste of Daeshin-dong “Old Omakjip” has been around for more than 60 years. It is a high-end tripe restaurant where you have to make a big decision as it is expensive, but you won’t regret it if you try it. Basically, lamb tripe and lamb intestines, which are seasoned red, are grilled over charcoal to preserve their taste. The non-irritating seasoning goes well with the savory and chewy texture. Udon, which is said to be made directly, is a delicacy of this restaurant, and the slightly sweet and savory soup of gopchang hot pot is perfect for the end of the meal.

“Dongseong Eel Grilled,” Jagalchi Market, where you can taste fresh eel that moves alive. The eel, which is trimmed and served immediately when ordered, proves its freshness with powerful movements. The eel, which is grilled over briquettes, boasts a savory and chewy taste in itself, but you can feel a more attractive taste if you eat it with sesame oil salt sauce and soy sauce marinated with cheongyang red pepper. Grilled eel can be ordered with salt and seasoned grilled, but if you want to feel the true taste of eel, I recommend it.
