Sweet spaghetti served by a warm man, Uncle Carbo

If you take Exit 8 of Nakseongdae Station and walk a little, you'll meet them right away. There are life-size foods in front of the store, and the Shikigami team, who usually eat out for three meals, sometimes has this question. âÂÂNo, why is Grandma's noodles sold at the market at 2,000 won a reasonable price, and why is pasta 20,000 won?â And so on. If you think about it, there's a 90% chance that a blind date or a busy couple would choose a restaurant that sells pasta. If you look at it, the budget is often well over 50,000 to 60,000 won… haha
It is said that other factors such as taste and atmosphere influence the price of food, but from the customer's point of view, âÂÂWhy?â Also, you may wonder at least once. Because nowadays, you can cook and eat pasta at a very reasonable price at home… (There.. Ramen.. No no pasta.. Do you want to eat?)
Hard, well-dried noodles are boiled properly for 8 minutes so that they have a chewy texture, then pour in a sauce such as oil, tomato, and cream that determines the flavor, and then vary with ingredients such as seafood, garlic, and cheese. Recently, pasta recipes that add mentaiko, anchovies, and smoked oysters have become quite popular.
If you think, âÂÂOh, I'm fine with unique pasta~ I like basic pasta,â pay attention to today's Hyeja Gourmet Road. This is Uncle Carbo, a pasta shop where you can easily eat three meals right away! I'm helping these customers make choices.
Uncle Carvoir on a small scale
It's like coming to a food court~ Food models displayed in front of the store
The interior has a small and friendly atmosphere
âÂÂWow, pasta is cheap!â I feel like shouting
There's also a small space inside where you can sit and eat.
My first impression of Uncle Carbo was âÂÂcozy.âÂÂ
I felt like I had come to a pork cutlet restaurant that my mom and dad used to go to hand in hand. The interior was filled with a friendly feeling, with colorful murals, and cute tables and chairs. Uncle Carbo started out as a franchise branch called Carbonera and then changed its name to what it is now. The original shape of the carboné is still intact. (Carbonnet is also a chain famous for its cheap pasta, so if you're nearby, you won't regret visiting it at least once.)
I went there a little before lunchtime on purpose, but it looked like the store was already full of customers. Even after Hyeja Road Team came in, customers kept coming in. Be that as it may, the biggest advantage of this place is the price! You can find amazingly affordable pasta starting at 4,000 won. +_+

One more piece of delicious food
Zoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
The first thing I tried was the spicy amatoriciana. It's a pasta with a sweet and sour tomito sauce that comes up as you eat it, and the slight spiciness that comes up as you eat it makes you even more appetizing. As for the sauce, I think âÂÂit would be great to eat it with bread.â Garlic bread is sold separately for 1,200 won, so if pasta isn't enough, I think it would be a good idea to eat it with bread.
Also, although not included in today's picture, tortilla pizza is also a popular menu. It's a simple style pizza with mozzarella cheese on top of a crispy tortilla. The price is a whopping 5,000 won! It's very cheap~ If you don't like garlic bread because it's too hard, try pizza.
The second chicken doria I tasted was truly a cheese-rich menu. It's a concave bowl that contains meat cream sauce and well-stir-fried rice, then sprinkled pizza cheese on top of it and baked it. Fresh cheese from the oven makes a sizzling sound and stimulates the salivary glands. +_+ If you put in the cutlery and pop it in a big way, the cheese will swell. The rice has a cream sauce, so it's very savory and delicious. There was also a slight feeling that I felt it after eating the whole bowl. (It's definitely not because I ate too much!)
Vongole spaghetti (6,000 won)
This menu is delicious, I recommend it
What I would like to recommend here is none other than vongole, a pasta with fresh clams that is light yet slightly salty. Other customers in the store made sure to order these vongolets one by one and ate them together. The intuition of the popular menu is amazing!
Usually, I only use pepperoncino to get the spiciness, but here I reduced the pepperoncino content and added green pepper to reduce the spiciness slightly. I think I made this recipe so many young customers are looking for it. The moist and salty shellfish broth has a flavor that blends well with the noodles. It has a simple composition with few ingredients such as clams, mushrooms, and onions, but the flavor is as good as expensive pasta. I highly recommend the menu!
