The late winter
cold is raging every day, probably because I'm heartbroken that my world came to an end after Yichun. Even when I take out the winter coat I had put in the closet again and put it on, the bitter wind permeates all the way to the inside. When it's this cold, the hot water
that blows in the hot soup is very appealing. If you roll the rice into the infrequent soup and soak it all the way to the end, you feel as if the
cold in the middle of winter was as warm as when it happened. The winter season, where you can feel such a pleasant feeling
, has now come to an end. The SNS Taste Appraisal Group recommends five hot soup restaurants you should find before late winter sets in.

1. âDadong Yonggeumok,â the flavor of Sumin Chuertang with 83 years of tradition
Yonggeumok is located between small alleys in Da-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul. Although it has a shabby exterior, it is a long-established store that has been
loved by customers for a whopping 83 years for its chuertang in Seoul. Here, you can enjoy Seoul-style chuertang, which is
completely different from Gyeongsang-do and Jeolla-do style chuertang. Except for snacks, there is only one meal on the menu, âchutang,â which means chuertang, which means chuertang. Tofu, deep-fried tofu, green onions, onions, oyster mushrooms, and various condiments are put back to the boil, then the
whole loach that has been boiled is put to a boil. It has a cool, savory flavor and the thrill of chewing the whole thing.
If you don't like the method of putting the whole thing to boil,
you can order a âbrown soupâ made by grinding it. When the chuertang comes out, I
recommend first scooping out a few spoons of the original sharp broth, then sprinkling an appropriate amount of Japanese pepper powder on the corner of the table and enjoying the two flavors. The unique scent of Japanese pepper mixes with the soup to create a unique flavor.

A thick soup with loaches ~~ The feeling of taking care of your body when you eat the whole bowl when it's hot â²Business hours : 11:30 ~2 2:00 â²Price range: Chutang 10,000 won â²Location:

2. Cheap, tasty and hearty Dongtaetang 'Hanam Dongji Restaurant'
Nest Restaurant, located in Hanam, has an exterior that looks like a temporary building at first glance, but its subtle aura is very appealing. The soup is cooked with
dynamism and camaraderie , and in the cold winter, customers flock in without stopping. The dongtae here is made in Russia and goes through a two-stage aging process to produce a soft and chewy
flavor. If you order the soup for the number of people, they will serve a large pot full of dynamism, savory,
rich flavor, and soy sauce. I like the soup, which is refreshing and has a slightly sweet and spicy finish. If you cook dongtae-tang for a while, kamameshi will be served, and
kamameshi with raw grains has an excellent savory and chewy flavor. If you pour hot water in advance into the kamameshi that has been removed from the rice , and after eating all the dongtae-tang, you have no problem with the cold in the middle of winter.
3. 'Ganghwa-do Chungnam Seosanjip' , a specialty crab soup with sweet pumpkin
Korean soup that uses
gochujang, chili powder, and miso paste is bound to have a similar flavor
no matter what main ingredient is used, but if that ingredient is âcrab,â the
words are different. Crabs have a deep umami flavor and strong aroma unique to crabs no matter what you cook . This is because of the glutamic acid in the crab. Glutamic acid is also the main ingredient in
condiments. Chungnam Seosanjip near Oepori in Ganghwa-do is a popular place that specializes in flower crab soup, and you can intuit that it is a popular restaurant with lots of cars in the parking lot outside of the restaurant. As soon as you step inside, you can feel the bitter scent unique to blue crab. The crab soup, which is
topped with plenty of mugwort and mushrooms, is thick and slightly sweet with sweet pumpkin. When I gently spread the addictive blue crab meat with chopsticks
, I caught it and ate it with my bare hands even though I knew the smell of blue crab would stick to my fingers.

4. Mukdong Cheongpyeong Maeuntang , a sharp catfish stew in chilly weather
Spicy soup made with fish
as the main ingredient is not that difficult to make and eat at home because of the burdensome ingredients and the difficulty of flavoring. Because of this
, Cheongpyeong Maeuntang, located in Mukdong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul, is always full of customers regardless of the time of day in the winter.
Catfish, a freshwater breed, is the main ingredient, but strong catfish contains a lot of vitamin A and B1 and contains calcium, phosphorus, and iron, making it perfect as an aphrodisiac. If you order spicy soup, it's served in a deep earthenware pot, and it's a good idea to eat the mushrooms and
buttercups first and then eat the soft, ripe catfish and homemade rice. A place where you can
unmistakably add rice noodles. There's no place to park, so it's a good idea to note.
5. Enjoy a hearty rib soup in a clean place âChangdong Hanuso â
Since
ancient times, the food culture of eating rice rolled in soup has developed in Korea to the point of being called the Tang people. This kind of culture is called tanghan (dumpling) culture, and rib
soup, which combines ribs with this kind of tangbaan food, is a popular food that competes for first and second place on the lunch menu along with kimchi stew. Hanuso, located in Changdong, became a successful franchise that succeeded with a rib soup and opened around 10 stores in Insadong and Ilsan. The broth made without chemical seasonings
using raw pork ribs has a deep flavor and rich flavor. The characteristic is that they serve a small amount of cold
noodle sari that is eaten in rib soup. The large size of the store and the clean interior attract the most family customers. Wanggalbi soup (11,000 won) and Maesaengi rib soup (13,000 won) are popular.
