My friend saw the Three Great Emperors of Baekjongwon and asked them to go eat crucible soup.
Jungnimjang Seolleungtang Restaurant is located about a 10-minute walk from exit 4 of Chungjeong-ro Station.
We arrived around 6:40, and when we finished our meal, there were lots of waiting lines in the alley.
A sauce made by dipping green onions, kimchi, crucible, and tail meat, which are essential for gomguk soup and seolleungtang, came out.
We each ordered special seolleungtang, crucible soup, and tail gomguk soup.
Gomguk soup (12,000)
It's the same soup, but the menu changes depending on the type of meat it contains. Tail soup (tail gomguk soup) was the most expensive meal menu.
The taste of the tail meat dipped in the prepared sauce was more delicious than I expected.
I don't like to eat anything, but the tail meat was good to eat.
Crucible bath (8,000)
A crucible bath made by a friend. When I first received the serving, I thought it was a bare broth because all the crucible had sunk.
When I rummaged through, I saw a crucible, but the amount definitely seemed small.
Cruciform part – I didn't try this because I didn't like the texture that felt a bit like water bones.
Special leungtang (8,000)
The special seolleungtang probably contains more meat than regular seolleungtang. Compared to other baths, it definitely feels plentiful.
There was plenty of meat, but it felt a bit tough.
The first time I tried the soup, it was a bit fishy, but it was fine to sprinkle salt and pepper to suit my taste.
My friend received tea soup and ate it with red soup, but when I tried both, the clear soup was a little more delicious.

As soon as I entered the store, a strong smell irritated my nose. Of the Seolleungtang I've eaten in the past, the soup was quite rich, and it was nice that it had plenty of meat, but I felt that the smell was a bit bad.
The smell didn't go away easily even after finishing the meal.
Also, hair came out of my friend's tail soup, and overall hygiene didn't look good.
