Cheese cried and I cried (moved) Bucheon's specialty Cry Cheeseburger
After school, I would gather with three or five friends to find a franchise hamburger place in front of the school. Although each person chose their own burger, the side menu was always fixed with french fries and cola. They really were fantastic mates. When I took a bite of a hamburger, ate french fries dipped in ketchup, and took a sip of cola, the combination was really a combination of chicken & beer or sweet potato & dongchimi. At this time, when it comes to hamburgers, I only thought McDonald's and Lotxria were the most delicious in the world.
Meanwhile, the homemade burger craze that suddenly started to blow, and the homemade burger I tried near the company remains a shocking memory. I couldn't forget the taste of the fresh bread without being soggy, the generous amount of vegetables, and the juicy patty. It was a taste you won't get tired of eating every day.
If there was one thing I didn't like, it was the price. The most basic burger with patties, vegetables, and cheese costs 8,000 won! A burger with some other ingredients was close to 10,000 won. This isn't it~ha_haha
While homemade burgers were left to me as a luxurious Noblesse (not comic) food, I went there myself after hearing the news of a homemade burger restaurant caught on Hyeja Gourmet Road Team's radar! Let me introduce Bucheon's specialty, the Cry Cheeseburger.
A simple signboard greets you first.
Cheeses that are flowing
Small interior (I went in as soon as it opened, so there are no customers yet)
Menu board~
Self-service bar where you can freely enjoy drinks
The origin is also very good. There's also a tip for making the popular lemonade.
Potato Troopers who will soon be reincarnated as tempura
As there are many students near Bucheon University, there are many types of food and plenty of food. Among them, Cry Cheeseburger, which I'm going to introduce today, is a homemade burger shop located in a more remote place than I thought, but it has gone viral among students and has now become so popular that people come to taste it in Seoul. It's also known as Korea's âIn & Outâ because of its low price and fresh taste.
A simple sign greets Hyeja Road Team first. It's funny how they described it as âcry cheeseburgerâ because they thought the burger was crying when they saw the cheese splatter. The store is small, about 6 to 7 tables for 2 people, but the interior is small and clean, so it seems to be a popular place for dates.
I visited the store 20 minutes before opening time, and it still looked quiet. The staff are busy preparing the ingredients and tidying up the shop for the upcoming customers. The rush of customers continues after waiting for a while while eating at the store. At lunchtime, waiting is a matter of course… ha_haha
As there are a lot of customers, you have to write down your name on the waiting list to eat at the store, and since they start making it right after ordering, you have to wait as little as 5 minutes and as many as 20 minutes. (The trap is that it tastes better because you're hungry)
Another reason why Cry Cheeseburger is known as In&Out is that the owner of this place worked directly at Inn&Out in the US for several years and learned the secrets and set up his own. Therefore, the taste and service are often similar to In&Out. Examples include the part where you can choose the type of onion that goes into the burger between raw onion or grilled onion, and the fact that you can add a cheesy topping to french fries, which is a side menu. If you're curious about the taste of Inn&Out Burger, I think it would be a good idea to visit this place. If so, let's try it once from now on?
The burger you ordered came out~
I'm moved and tearful… _Double Cheese Burger (4,200 won)
The basic hamburger is also very tasty (2,500 won)
I chose grilled onion topping for the hamburger. Onions on top of patties~
A New World of Deep Fried Potato~ Chubby French Fries!
Dip it in ketchup yum:D
Lemonade to enjoy with Cry Cheeseburger
Affordable prices, eye-catching visuals, rich, juicy flavors, and even staff who always greet customers with a smile! Even if you have a wait, this homemade burger place is well worth the wait. People who miss Inn&Out, who used to eat in the US (or someone who wants to try Inn'Out!) , If you like hamburgers made with fresh vegetables, thick patties, and cheese, then the Cry Cheeseburger is a perfect match. Even now that I'm writing this article, my mouth is still full of saliva. Have lunch today with a delicious homemade burger.
